This company says they will not tolerate or accept the sale of fakes That is in FACT what they do on a daily basis Simply search their site for high end items and hundreds of fakes will show up It is such a shame They have a report option...I have used it hundreds of times Yet, time and time again, Postmark fails to take down these fake sellers and their accounts I have come to the conclusion that they would rather make money off of innocent clients buying fake products than really crack down They CANNOT compete with Tradesy, Fashionphile, Guilt...etc which all stand by their authentic claims and do something about it! Poshmark...it's against the law to have people selling inauthentic items on your site! The worst part...I personally warned TONS of potential buyers of fakes Each time the customer reached out to me to thank me for warning them Well, guess what, Postmark kicks me off while allowing sellers with fake items to continue Buyers be ware, do not buy from this company, many other reputable sites to buy from Such a scam!

This company changed my name which I have not used in yearsI have not used the name Hemstreet sense I was & I’m nowAlso they said I have email address, but they still have not entered the right yetWhen they changed the email address to [redacted]  they never sent me a code to change my passwordI would like them to correct my email address to the one I have had for over years which is “ [redacted] I will also need a code to change or make a new passwordOtherwise I will assume that they don’t want my businessI would also like a code so when I sell stuff I can collect my money..!! This site is a joke Very unprofessional and no customer service phone reps If you have a problem with a purchase, BE SURE TO FILE A PAYPAL DISPUTE!

My first Poshmark purchase...my last Live in Hawaii...invited to a ski week at [redacted] ...don't have the cold weather stuff...so saw a usually very expensive [redacted] ski jacket on their site Bought it on a Friday...by Tuesday still no acknowledgement...placed a complaint...seller has ten days to ship...the ad listed the jacket available in ALL SIZES but I wanted to confirm they had an XL [redacted] size 5...no response...when no one had responded in ten days, I cancelled the order and they refunded to my credit card...but I lost ten days and went to a local sporting goods store and bought what I needed...not the quality of [redacted] but at least I had what I needed from a responsive store and not this terrible site...cancelled my account and stopped their stupid emails...and I'm off to the slopes
