One of our staff who is environmentally proactive wanted to give a try Poshmark, the second-hand clothing market She paid for $for a crappy jacket which was full of cigarret smoke She immediately contacted Poshmark and seller for refund, the seller, [redacted] NEVER responded regards to my concern, Poshmark took so long to decide that I should keep the clothe I can't wear due to the strong odor of smoke The seller did not indicated that it was coming from a smoking environment or if the item was exposed to smoke The itme is still in the box came in with, I ended up loosing $167, no customer service support from Poshmark, no apology form the sellerAvoid this business

I had a girl sell me a broken watch claiming it was working, I also purchased a handbag from her in a bundle but my only problem was with the watchI followed the return procedure as they requested I returned both items .and the tracking # said "delivery status not updated" right after the package was out for delivery, then noticed I didn't receive my refund and the seller Had blocked my ability to contact her about the purchase and then noticed that on the same day it was "out for delivery" she relisted both items for sale on her pageI have contacted the support email (the only contact us platform they have) multiple times with proof that she had scammed me and they will not respond, the seller got to keep my $ [redacted] plus she sold the broken watch to someone else
