Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The customer could have easily worn my items, and then decided to contact you for a refundI have posted photos of the inside of the garmets and listed on my posting before it was purchased that tags were never includedI am disgusted that the company actually believes I sold the items in the condition it was sent back to meThe business is allowing customers to wear or use seller's items and return them soiledI have sold over $ [redacted] worth of merchandise on Poshmark and triple that amount on [redacted] and never had complaints of selling unacceptable itemsI have posted on several sites and have received feedback from other customers having the same thing done to them.This business has no seller protectionLet this be a warning for anyone in the future looking to sell their items on PoshmarkThis goes much farther than the $**, but more for poor business ethicsI have already stated I donnot want a $ [redacted] credit, but the money I am owed after you allowed customers to wear my items and return them with dead skin and hair attached to them Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Poshmark has a policy that states, "All sales are final on Poshmark....as long as the seller accurately described the item in the listing. We encourage buyers to review the listing photos, description and item condition and if you have any questions, ask the seller for any additional details..." On 3/29, User xjeepdollox made an offer for a pair of denim that was described as: "Men's Hollister denim bootcut fit size 30X30... THERE IS DESTRUCTION TO THEM--SEE PICTURES PLEASE." Attached to the listing were eight pictures. In picture #2 it shows the bottom of the denim leg having distress, Pictures #1, #5, and #6 all show the belt loop that is distressed or ripped. They were purchased this way. Pictures #5 and #6 are close ups of this belt loop. The last picture is the bottom of the pant legs that show the distress that the buyer complained about. This company is horrible! On Oct 21, 2017, I ordered a "flamingo iPhone 7 case" on Poshmark.com. Order number [redacted] . The item was described 3 times as it is for Iphone 7; however the case I received is used for iPhone 7+ only. The item was delivered to my house on Thursday, Oct 26 2017 during noon (according to Poshmark representative). I filed a complaint that the item was not as described on Saturday, Oct 28 2017. According to Poshmark's customer protection policy, I have 3 days to file the complaint to receive a full refund. My refund was denied after multiple communication with the company.

This order was delivered and and signed by the buyer on April 17thOur records show that multiple members of the Support and Operations team reached out to the buyer on April 18th, April 20th, April 25th, and April 27th regarding this order but did not receive a responseBecause no response was received, we re-charged the buyer’s card for the purchase that they keptDue to the extreme delay in response by the buyer and our promise to all sellers for speedy payment, we are unable to further assist with this order and a return is no longer an optionAs a member of our team suggested to the buyer, they are welcome to list the item in their own closet at this time

I have been a buyer and seller on Poshmark for the last several years. Recently I received an order in the mail that was meant for another buyer. When I contacted the seller an advised them of the error she advised me that MY item had went to the wrong location as well. She accepted responsibility for the mistake and promised to get my item to me ASAP. In the meantime Poshmark released the funds to the seller, without getting my notice that I received my product, because the tracking stated the item was received. Now Poshmark advises me that I have received the item as per the tracking and is wanting me to prove my case. I have sent them pictures of my conversation with the seller, pictures of the wrong item in the box and a picture of the packaging label showing that I returned to sender. Still no help from Poshmark. Very irresponsible of such a large company.
