I typed as much as I have typed now on this complaint and only received a one sentenced response that had nothing to do with anything I asked, nor told me anything I don't knowI was not giving attitude in the earlier message, I was simply giving remorse and asking questions but the person who quote on quote "helped" me decided to actually do nothing towards steps of actually helping me or my situation or providing any sort of type of solutionI feel as a long time customer and strong supporter of poshmark the issue should be able to be resolved I don't know what else to say, I am just very disappointed and frustrated with the very very poor customer service and care being provided, or more likley not provided
Purchased an item. Wrong item received. Notified company. Company charged me anyway even though the wrong item was sent. I paid for an item I did not order. I’m sitting with the wrong item and company will not reimburse, send the correct item, or provide a process to return the incorrect item. This is fraudulent.

I purchased a pair of jeans through PoshmarkThe pictures looked like they were in great conditionWhen I received the jeans, they had holes in the crotchI have contacted Poshmark twice through emails about a refundI've only gotten the automated response email backI just want my money back and for them to stop scamming people
