On June 27, 2018, buyer [redacted] purchased Prada Oxfords from me off the app POSHMARK, an online consignment clothing store. The buyer purchased these shoes for $500. Poshmark takes a 20% commission, so they received $100 from this order and I received $400. I shipped out these shoes the following day (June 28th) and due to Poshmark's policy, any item that is over $500 is inspected by their team for authenticity. The shoes arrived to Poshmark's headquarters right before the July 4th holiday and they were confirmed authentic by their staff on July 5th. The shoes were immediately shipped out to the buyer the following day. The Prada oxfords were shipped out with USPS and USPS attempted to make the delivery on July 7th and this shipment required a signature. The tracking information states that a reminder to schedule redelivery of item notice was left at the residence. This is the last update on the tracking number. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER buy from this site. I bought a pair of shoes that said "in great condition" and when I recieved them there was ACTUALLY a hole on the inside in the sole. The seller only posted a picture of the bottom on the outside. When I reported this poshmark did nothing and said that the seller described the product correctly. So just so you all know, to them a shoe with holes on the inside are "in great condition" This company is horrible and could care less to properly serve their customers. DO NOT USE POSHMARK!!!!
