I purchased a dress that was advertised as size 12. When I received the dress the tag states its size 42 FR. I have purchased several items from Poshmark over the last year or so. Just like any other consignment site, products may not always be as described. This does happen. I had just as many good experiences, as bad. And there was resolution/refund after pictures were provided. One time I actually received two left shoes. It is 26in from the neck to the hem. I even checked the website to confirmed and it also says 26in." that it was the rain jacket "stock" photo used from the website, matching the purchase price exactly as well. Also seller stated "Like new" and only worn a few times. I received the jacket and it was not the Arcadia II jacket as pictured. I owned the jacket in the "stock" photo that Seller used, and the cut is different. T

I joined PoshmarkCom in and started buying and selling and trading mostly bags, I had to agree to their requirements and in return got to list and sell in my own virtual closetI was a top seller and a posh ambassador, where I had to meet certain requirements like sharing community shares and self shares, sell itemsI had thousands of followers which was a lot of effortI had to invest a lot of time in their website for my closet to existThey sent me an email that I continued to list replicas I asked for proof and got none, I never sold a replica on their site and would take down anything not permitted or provide proof of authenticityThey suspended me after I spent thousands of hours on this site and many years promoting other people’s closet for poshmarka gain because they received 20% of all salesMy time and effort was valuable and I was not compensated for it in any way since I agreed to their terms and was unfairly suspended without concrete factsI’ve

Company in question stated a return policy as "must be disputed within 72 hours of purchase," then after customer (self) contacted company in question within HOURS of receiving merchandise (Dansko multicolor clogs in size 9.5 but what was actually delivered were Dansko black clogs in smaller size - both the wrong color and wrong size) delayed their response then changed the status of package to “Delivered” so that customer (myself) could not request a return or dispute/determine recourse even though seller agreed publicly that the item was indeed the wrong item and wrong sized item. Seller everydayweplay stated publicly that item was indeed the wrong item. Even so, Poshmark did not contact me and denied the claim after everydayweplay stated this publicly. This is exceedingly poor customer service and directly violates Poshmark's stated return/dispute policy.
