I paid for a dress by a specific designerWhen I received the package, there was a note inside stating the seller didn't realize it until she mailed the dress that it was not by the designer she specifiedWhen I acknowledged receipt of the package I gave the seller the lowest rating possible and described the reason in the comment sectionI then contacted Poshmark immediately to file a complaintPoshmark said that since I had accepted the package there was nothing they could doThey gave me a $credit on my accountThe seller's account does not show my rating anywhere and she is still selling products on the siteThe lack of recourse against the seller creates an environment where buyers are repeatedly taken advantage of by dishonest sellers

This company is a cesspool of scam artists, and POSHMARK does nothing about itIn fact they take 20% off the top and when any issue arises they always settle with the buyer, which makes no sense! I sold a Louis Vuitton bag and the lady claimed it was a different bag then advertised, but it was the exact same item and could be verified by the date code! Another case of buyers remorse and POSH stood behind the buyer and not their star seller that has been with them for yearsThey allowed another buyer to return a Duffle because she started it was brown, when it's clearly a purple bag! All photos represented that, yet they refunded her moneyAnother lady said the bag she bought was too small and didn't pay attention to dimensions in the listing and again POSHMARK refunded her moneyIt's a big waste of time and energy trying to sell on this site!!! BEWARE AT ALL COSTS!!

BUYERS BE AWARE! YOUR RIGHTS ARE NOT BEING PROTECTED BY POSHWHEN MAKING A PURCHASE, THEY WILL HOLD YOUR MONEY TO ENSURE THAT YOU CANNOT BACK OUT OF THE SALE, SO THEY CAN HAVE THEIR CUTAT THE SAME TIME, SELLERS CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT: SELL YOU DAMAGED GOODS OR CANCEL THE PURCHASE AT ANY TIME AND POSH WILL TAKE THEIR SIDE!

On July 21st and again of the 24th, I received promotional emails from Poshmark advertising that I would receive free shipping on my next order after completing registration of my accountIn order to receive the deal, I completed the account registration then put on offer on a shirt for $On the 25th, the seller accepted the offer and my card was automatically charged for $plus an additional $for shippingPostmark does not have phone line customer service, so I contacted them immediately by email to ask that the shipping charge be refunded (email chain is included as an attachment)They apologized for the “inconvenience” but refused to refund the shipping, instead offering “Posh Credits” of $to be used on a future purchaseI let them know that the credit was an unacceptable resolution and not true to the promise that led to me place the orderI was told they could not reverse the decision but to “rest assured” that I had $in Posh Credits in my account for a fu

Poshmark needs to step up and have a better customer service The apps works but there is no customer services and as a seller, I notice the increasing seller retaliation for price warWith so good business, I am not sure why the *** ** *** does not know to better the service? One best way to test it is to be a buyer and seller and see how frustrated it could be to deal with this company Also the business model is really just the apps They do not ship, do not sell nor buy So if you would like to charge 20% of the profit then you should step up and do something in the actual business to make sure it is a free market to trade but avoid to provide a tool to buyer or seller to falsely claims as part of the game? It is not easy but at least try as you do get 20% of the project , isn't it Or at least handle the complain timely I guess you choose the cowardly way to not speak to anyone to avoid any unpleasant events which is not acceptable

This company has Beyond been ridiculous and Petty' since I first filed a claim with the Revdex.comMy most recent issue is is with the return of a *** jacket I soldI'm not even sure what the pictures are of that they provided me withPoshmark said I misrepresented my item, as far as the size pertains toBut I clearly photographed the size tag on my itemThe customer provided pictures of an item that was not the one I sold themThe item I sold was clearly photographed in my listingThe item that the customer provided was clearly not my item, and it's clearly photoshopped, as is clearly shown by the partial missing of one of her fingers on her handEither way, the parts of the photograph that she sent to Poshmark, and the photograph of my actual item absolutely do not matchNor, does any of that have to do with the actual size of the item, which Poshmark said I misrepresentedAs I clearly showed the size tag in a photograph on my listing

I ordered a shirt May 2n'dToday is May 9th and the item has never shipped by their recordsTheir policy is if the item doesn't ship in days they will issue a refundI've emailed them and asked for information regarding the delay in shipment and they tell me I can request a refund which ive done but the business is non responsive

I thought this was a pretty good business, they keep some of your money that you make if you sell something It is a pretty high percentage Well days ago someone reported my James Avery jewelry as not being authentic Really? I have never purchased fake anything I contacted them back and was like huh? I take pictures of all my rings anything I have posted inside and out Excuse me and all my James Avery jewelry was purchased here at the James Avery Store in Austin Texas ! Most of my jewelry is retired and I have a lot of pieces The email I received from an employee named Michelle at Poshmark stated to tell me that James Avery contacted them directly and cited your listing(s) as infringing on their copyrights and/or trademarks...oh really? Did he? That is the most off the wall response I have ever heard I am really sure James Avery goes on to Poshmark to look at his jewelry So I had my personal attorney call James Avery corporate store in Kerrville Texas and they claimed no such doing in looking at listing or calling Poshmark Also James Avery has customer records of all purchases that, that customer has ever made Not only is Poshmark crooks and take a HIGH percentage of what you make and now they are liars This is not a reputable business and my attorney advised me to not do business with someone with business practices as they have I hope everyone finds this review useful I was only selling for about weeks when all this happened Will not be doing any business with Poshmark ever again Hope their business goes out of business for they way they treat people and have their employees make up bogus stories Give me a break!

I bought and sold clothes on poshmark for a while with no issue, until someone purchased a pair of pants from me, claimed they were damaged, and received a refundI know they had no hole when I shipped them and that the buyer tore the pantsI understand that Poshmark is bound to grant the refund because it's a she said/she said situation and I think by their estimation, it's best to avoid someone disputing a credit card chargeWhat bothers me is how difficult it was to get customer service supportPoshmark takes a healthy chunk out of every sale and for that I should be able to get someone to send me something other than a canned email responseI endured several rounds of me sending an email with a description of the issue, them responding by asking for more information, me sending it and then never hearing backThey need to set up phone support and better equip their existing customer service representativesI shouldn't have to tweet at them to get a response

I sold items on Their app The buyer received the items and had love the items While I was waiting on my payment to be released they canceled the order and wasn’t responding to emails I contacted the buyer she said she wasn’t the person that cancelled the purchases It had to be Poshmark she said she would reach out to them and upon reaching out to them I had deleted my Poshmark account A couple days later they decided to release funding to a deleted account now they aren’t responding to emails and I am basically out of money and my items that were sold

I've been using Poshmark as a seller for about years and never had any problemsThat is until my last couple of times selling itemsOnce in a while you will have honest/reliable buyers but lately ive been running into buyers who are huge liers! one buyer bought a pair of boots from me and in the item description it specified that the boots were UK sz which is USA size The buyer gave me a bad rating because according to her the size was wrong and I never replied to any of her messages in which she NEVER sent any messages to me! Of course Poshmark did nothing but gave me $dollars store credit in which I did not want because I don't usually buy anything from them2nd incident was recentSo one of my shirts was sold to someone and when she got it, she filed a claim saying that it was ripped and that it was the wrong size!! she also had pictures of her wearing the ripped shirt in which you can clearly see that she was the one who ripped the shirt because the threads was stretching! And about the size, I actually took a screenshot of my receipt from where I brought the shirt from and size sent it in as proof to poshmark and even told them the shirt was not ripped before it was sent! My husband even saw the shirt before and did not see any ripsIt was obvious that the buyer was too big for the shirt!! And of course Posh mark sides with the buyerSo now i'm just waiting to receive my shirt so I can delete my account with them.! I wouldn't recommend this website to my worst enemy!!
