Purchased a purse from this app, it was a counterfeit, successfully resold on their app, the seller reported and Poshmark approved a returnThe buyer shipped the package back to me with a different address and no name, after a week of tracking down the package through USPS I opened a box full of paper and wrappings and trashAt this point, USPS is not liable, they delivered the package to the address as marked on the package, Poshmark issued the customer a refund, and here I am left with no refund and no itemI was unaware that selling such was not protected under posh protection and would not have purchased nor sold the item if it was not protectedCustomer service is poor, and they deserve zero stars from meEspecially because I received an email back stating that they are not responsible because the item was a counterfeitA counterfeit indeed- but one that they sold to me in the first place and I failed to realize it until it was too late

Very over rated in my opinion They charge 20% of your selling price That alone should make you steer clear They promise a customer guaranteeFrom a buyers prospective it takes weeks to finalize a review if you wish to *** to a productYou must provide pictures over and over again Your $ sits in limbo while this is being done From a sellers prospective you pretty much have to go through the same process but you no longer have possession of your item to retale until a decision is made They are understaffed and place mor significance on recruiting new poshers instead of taking care of the ones they haveHere is another game they play...if you want to see your closet to the boutique level you MUST purchase from their wholesalers You must qualify for the wholesalers portal lol but seriouslyIn there you will find several sellers selling very low quality merchandise primarily from Chinese wholesalers with a 200% markup from the Chinese wholesalers J
