I was told that a transaction processed and to ship my item to poshmark for authenticationSeveral days after I mailed the item, I received an email saying the transaction was canceledPoshmark should never have asked me to ship an item prior to them clearing the transactionThis is an attempt by their company to swindle consumers of authentic items and replace them with the fake items they selli contacted them immediately after they contacted me and emailed them to return the item and they replied only todayhere's the email they sent me as they attempt to defraud consumers: JUN 26, | 01:56PM PDT Megan replied: Hi Layne, We are reaching out to you regarding your recent Poshmark sale, "Brand new chanel o card in python" Order: [redacted] Unfortunately, we have been forced to cancel this order due to difficulty in confirming the buyer's payment methodWe sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience and would like to offer $Posh Credits to yo
I purchase an item on April 6thThe item was shipped back to the sellerPoshmarks system “think” that the tracking number shows delivered to my home when in fact the item was delivered back to the sellerPoshmark has taken my money and released it to the seller, when I did not receive the itemSo now I want a refund of my money since I never received the item that I purchased
Poshmark is a fraudThe site lures you in and tries to access your financial accountsAs soon as you place an order, it's immediately canceled and refunded if you use PayPal as payment methodThe response time to issues is terrible and I would not trust this company
I placed an order through Poshmark but the jewelry received were not as described by the sellerThe materials were not authenticInstead of being sterling silver, genuine freshwater pearls, and [redacted] crystals, the items were fake cheap costume jewelryI contact Poshmark and emailed them pictures of the missing stamp and 18K stamp on the jewelryPoshmark also asked for pictures of a magnet test, which I also emailed, depicting the silver necklace attracted to the magnet, proving that it is made of metal, not the sterling silver stated on the listingI sent the company two emails with the pictures of the jewelry, as evidence that they were fake costume jewelryPoshmark "denied this case since it did not qualify for a return under the guidelines." I suspect my refund was denied, even with substantial evidence, because Poshmark is more concerned about earning 20% of the sale, than refunding an order that was clearly misrepresented for the purpose of duping customers
We see that our team member is in contact with the buyer on a further resolutionWe advise the buyer to look out for an email from our team member who will be resolving this case with the buyer soonFor this case, we consider the case resolved
Our team has let the user know she can ship the whole order to our office for a full refundShe stated she is not available until AugustOnce the user ships all the items to our office, we will issue her a refundWe are waiting for her to ship the items to our office ASAPFor this reason, we consider the case resolved
Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/24) */ After careful investigation, we have proceeded to credit the user in Posh Credit for this orderThe buyer accepted the Posh credit, therefore we consider the case resolved
Item I purchased was misrepresented in the listing and POSHMARK customer service requesting MULTIPLE PICTURES of the problem before they will even "decide" if I can return them for even a credit This AFTER I have already provided this to them BEWARE!!!!!!! The NEGATIVE reviews with the Revdex.com ARE FOR A REASON ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT MAKE IT EASY TO GET RESOLUTION IF THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our records show that this seller was issued a warning for selling counterfeit items. They continued to list and sell counterfeit items and were suspended on March 29, 2018. They reinstated their account through our system's process on March 30, 2018. At that time they agreed that any further... violations would result in permanet restriction. On April 14, 2018 it was detected that they were still selling counterfeit items and as a result their account has been permanently restricted from our system. Selling counterfeit items is illegal and strictly forbidden on Poshmark. Any one of the following could result in up to $2,000,000 in fines and/or up to 10 years in prison:(1) conspiring to traffic in counterfeit goods, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 371; (2) trafficking in counterfeit goods, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2320(a); and (3) concealing and selling imported counterfeit goods, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 545. Due to this, we consider the case resolved.
Poshmark will duplicate postsOn site to potential customers, it looks like the item is for salemultiple timesMy items have sold, shipped and I’ve received my money & star ratingsYet I log into my account and same item is listed againI email customer service, takes days for them to respond to only blame it on the customer stating looks like I entered multiple ordersWhy would I sabotage customers? They do not have a delete feature for the duplicate item or even a report feature for duplicationInstead, you cannot escalateTo managementIt takes days for response and in the meantime your closet looks terrible due to their inability of accountability2nd issueA return was supposed to come to meCustomer never returnedReported issue, no responseI’m due $ on my account from buyerNo customer supportThe more complaints I read I’m starting to see Poshmark in itself is a scam!
I ordered an item, the seller promised to ship it, and never did. I think this company engages in fraudulent business practices by trying to scam consumers and obtain their private information. The sellers also try to trick customers by posting handbags without identifying the brand name and with a search you can find those same bags on [redacted] for half the price. Do not deal with this company at all.
I have been a seller on Poshmark since December of Since May of 2017, the department which reviews return requests has allowed for incomprehensible scams and irresponsible requests to be made on sellersThis is a fact, not an opinionA claim was recently approved (order [redacted] ) regarding a malicious buyer who claims to have received an item with a holeMy photos show no hole, nor were even reviewed as comparisonI will not accept robotic responses from this company any longerIronically, in this particular situation, there was not even a non-robotic response regarding the claim in the first placeThe situation has become intolerableMight I add, I had never had a malicious claim approved prior to May of Since then, there have been over All of which have been malicious scam experiences and irresponsibly approved by customer service robotsCoincidence? NoSince the start of May, however, buyers clearly have been aware of the returns department

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Posh as usual gave a generic answer, they did not address (so I want it permanently notated) that I tried over and over to get this resolved and it took going to the Revdex.com to get a proper reply I need Poshmark to send me in writing where is "requires" you prove authenticity of ALL items per their terms and conditions as I cannot find it nor can my counsel, any other terms would be discriminatory, if someone has a "vintage" dress they sell or a blouse that no longer fits and is years old I want to see in the "terms and conditions" that they need to authenticate that as it is not realistic to anyone buying or selling and I know for a fact that is not enforced on all transactions (I have a thread with over people watching this transaction and they will testify Poshmark was not consistent with their transactions), Poshmark picks and chooses, I want to see where it says I am required to sell only items I can supply a receipt or some type of authentication for, I also want to know what Poshmark accepts as authentication for a shirt that is several years old, it is obvious the item simply did not fit the buyer and since you cannot return for not fitting Poshmark allows this loophole, so I am clear if I buy something that is "used" from someone and it doesn't fit I can just say I don't think it is "real" correct? Poshmark needs to acknowledge that I asked on at least occasions to get a refund on the last package via email and I was ignored, they did not even bother to reply so this is another example of Poshmark ignoring it's users if they don't want to "deal" with them, since I have tried multiple times with no reply (none until I of course contacted Revdex.com) Poshmark needs to reach out to me and get me my money back in full, I don't care how they "process" their lost packages, it did not arrive, they have all the info and it is their turn to get it done, as the consumer I am tired to reaching out and being ignored, they can reach me at [redacted] , they have all the info they need so I will presume I will received my refund in FULL within a weekI DO NOT CONSIDER THIS MATTER CLOSED EVEN THOUGH POSHMARK IS TRYING TO.Sincerely, [redacted]

I have sold three pairs of boots recently through Poshmark. I have requested the funds to be deposited into my accounts. One to my checking account and two into my savings account. Two of the transactions stated that the deposit has been completed and the other one is still pending. Two of the withdrawals have been well over 5 days, but Poshmark keeps emailing me to tell me to wait "5 days" for the deposit. Every time I email Poshmark to ask about it or see if there is an error in the account/routing number they keep telling me to go back and check if there is an error (no option in account tab) or wait the the "5 days". Today I received another email from " [redacted] " with this response: "Thanks for your email and we apologize for any inconvenience.
