I have bought and sold items on Poshmark frequentlyI am going to start off speaking as a buyer from other sellers on PoshmarkFirst off, the seller has a week to ship out the itemYou, as a buyer, are paying $for expedited shipping on all orders but yet allow the sellers up to a week to ship out with no repercussionsThe defeats the purpose of paying $for expedited shipping! I would rather pay for shipping if it is going to take a week for the seller to ship an itemSecondly, their return policy is garbage for honest peopleI have spent so much money on Poshmark solely due to the fact that I had found a great deal and purchased right awayThe items in question, I purchased, were my correct sizeHowever, when you get something that is previously used or worn, there is shrinkage, wear, etcPoshmark only allows returns for damaged goods and not something fitting correctlyI am too honest to file a claim that the item was damaged just to returnI have tried to resell the items for a lower price than what I bought them but they ended up being donated to Good WillNow, I am going to speak from a Seller's Perspective: Poshmark is the worst selling platform out thereThey take 20% of your earningsNext, the person who has bought the item has three days to report any damagePoshmark keeps your earnings until the Buyer accepts the itemSometimes, the Buyer just lets it sit and you will at least wait a week to get your fundsThe last thing I want to mention is that someone can "claim" your item is damaged and Poshmark will approve the request for a return no matter whatThey can photoshop the damage, do the damage themselves, etcI have heard of other sellers receiving items that the buyer splattered with paint, so they lost their money and the itemI have never written a Revdex.com customer review but I feel compelled to regarding this companyThere are not enough negative things I can say about Poshmark

The seller, [redacted] ***, filed a formal return dispute in our appUnfortunately, the photo proof that she provided was not sufficient evidence to determine the original condition in which the item was shippedWe resolved the dispute with the seller by providing her with "Posh Credit" as a courtesyFor this reason, we consider the case closed

The buyer did not file a case within the hour timeframe and because of this funds were not put on holdAn email sent to us is not considered a return case filed in the app to hold funds from being releasedIt appears our team has canceled the order on [redacted] and in addition allowed the buyer to keep the order as a one time courtesy Due to this, we consider the case resolved

I sold an item on Poshmark with pictures of the jacket and sizingThe jacket was worn once and in excellent conditionThe woman who purchased it from me previously had purchased the same exact jacket and decided she was going to buy my almost new one and swap it out with her old onePoshmark is now going to allow her to her to send me jacket that is a size bigger than the one that I sent her and they are also going to allow her to send me a jacket with a faulty zipperI have sent them numerous messages and pictures trying to prove that I sent this woman a jacket in the size XS, with a perfectly working zipper and in almost brand new conditionI bought the jacket for [redacted] $ and sold it for [redacted] $, in which I only going to receive 48$Now Poshmark is going to refund this woman her money back and make me take a jacket that has a destroyed zipper, a jacket that is the wrong size and a jacket that is not the one I sent her in the first placePlease help me if you canThank you very much

If it was the size she had it advertised as, which was incorrect, it would have fita inch waist, nor a inch waist, is not a Why is it okay for someone to advertise something as a size when it is not? I had a size filter on as well, if she would have had them advertised as the correct size I would not have even seen themHer description, of them being marked as 30's but them actually being 28's, was an inaccurate descriptionTo be able to say that, she would have had to measure them, which if you do that, they do not measure to be 28'sTherefore, stating they are miss-marked was an inaccurate description which your guidelines state is disputableShe had them up as 28's, stating they were miss-marked 30'sThat was inaccurateNot because they didn't fit, but I paid for inch waist pants as they were advertised, not inch pants as they actually wereSincerely, [redacted]

Unfortunately, we are unable to verify the actual date of shipment or the date the photos were taken based on a handwritten piece of paper next to the itemRegardless, the photos provided by the seller do not show the specified areasBecause the seller failed to use photos of the actual item itself and only used stock photos in their listing, we have no proof of the item condition before it was shipped to the buyerAdditionally, we have no reason to believe that the buyer damaged the item as she is in good standing with usFor this reason, we consider the case closed

I recently sold a pair of Ariat boots on Poshmark and was informed they would be returned due to a "tear"I received the boots back and they were returned damaged and have a large rip in them which was not there beforeI even had a before picture showing no "tear" in the boot and they still awarded the buyer a refundThere is absolute no seller protection from dishonest buyers and Poshmark does not care about sellers

Hi- In October I purchase [redacted] wallets which was around $eachI also purchased a [redacted] hand bag for $When I received the wallets it seemed it was non authenticWhen I contacted the seller by Email she had no problems taking it backWhen I contacted the seller for the handbag she automatically blocked me and stated that I was giving her bad ratingsI tried to Dispute it with Poshmark they said only if third party can verifyI went to different stores they all stated that it is against their policy to verify because they are not designersThe stores did state that Poshmark is aware of that

We have communicated with our Operations team and they have noted responding in an email on [redacted] 16th stating that there was a stall in our redemption systemThey resolved the issue and the redemption was sent within 2-days of that time Due to this, we consider the case resolved

The buyer's return dispute case stated the item does not fit him properlyUnfortunately, we do not allow returns based on the item not fitting as expectedWe have no reason to believe the item is not authentic as all the tags are consistent with the brandJust because the item does not fit like other similar items, does not mean the item is not authenticFor this reason, we have closed the return case and consider the case resolved

The app is fine but the customer service is absolutely horrible! They rarely respond to emails and when they do, it's a one word answer! I get that they re already successful so they don't need us, but sheeshI'm shocked it so bad!
