On September 20th I made a sale on Poshamrk for a bloodmilk mini nyx necklaceOrder Id [redacted] This necklace RETAILS for $not even including tax and shippingI sold this necklace, on the 20th making $On September 23rd, the buyer opened a case against me claiming the necklace was not in the box she also stated that the sode was lose and opened, which was NOT the way I had shipped itIt was sealed sufficiently prior to my shippingTHEN on september 25th I received an email stating that the order was cancelled and not to ship the itemI ALREADY SHIPPED IT AND THE BUYER RECEIVED IT!!!! Poshmark stole my $because some buyer scammed meI am now without my earnings AND one of my favourite necklaces that I only sold because I needed the moneyI have attempted to contact poshmark in regards to this however they have failed to respond and have since, restricted my account
The buyer filed a return for the same reason, stating the item has been worn and showing evidence the items have been wornWe are not able to determine the item was not shipped this way as we do not see the inside of the undergarments in the listing photosThe item also did not come with retail tags attached to confirm the item is brand newBecause we are not able to confirm the order was not shipped this way, we have given the seller $ [redacted] Posh Credit as a courtesyDue to this, we consider the case resolved
