Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This business Poshmark, Inc.,*** *** *** ***, 3rd Floor,*** ***, ** *** regularly denies claims with valid pictures and valid information allows fraudulent sellers to sell illegal goods on their site to unsuspecting sellers despite their disclaimer. This is done in efforts to make money for this business solely! Poshmark is rife with sellers hawking goods that are counterfeit and illegal. This business is owned by a non American business owner so they do not care about taking profits from innocent buyers because they deny the claims when item are contested in efforts to keep money and make a profit! I sent over pictures from the *** brand corporate office along with pictures of authentic items directly from their site and compared it against the item that I purchased from a seller on their site who Poshmark stole my money. The pictures show an item with hand sewn labels and it shows an item with no size and it shows an item with no inner tag labels! The staff at Poshmark are NOT trained with brand knowledge and only trained to deny and make that business money. I want a full refund or I will turn this over to a news agency so that the story of this business gets out to consumers to protect them. Poshmark allows the sale of COUNTERFEIT items regularly as I purchased some and returned them and I have the receipts and proof to corroborate my story along with pictures and bank statements! BUT- You have to watch out for Inactive sellersYou find something that you loveYou either decide to jump on it and get it before it's gone, or you idly let it rest in the back of your mind waiting and then you decide you just have to have itEither way you're eager to buy it and then after a week or it still hasn't shipped? They need to come up with some system regarding thisLike putting inactive sellers on "hold" or in limbo while they are inactive so buyers can clearly see that there are inactive, or can't see these items at all unless priorly savedYou can cancel your order at this point, but you still don't get that darn item that you really wanted and probably already came up with outfits it would work with!
And - The shipping is so darn expensiveThere's nothing like finding a "steal" only to be hit with in shippingYIKES! And it's not like theres any way to dodge that! PRZE ITEM since they are all different sellersSo this is why my page is filled with items that I love that I just can't crack down and spend for each item in just shippingI know shipping can be expensiveBut thats quite a bit seeing that each item is usually a pretty light shirt or the equivalentThere has GOT to be ANOTHER WAY!
on 7-3-I ordered a wallet by a seller by the a name of ***She advertised her wallet as "Gold Dust' Hobo walletThe exact wallet and color I had been searching forI recieve my wallet in the mail on a SaturdayI was not in town and was not able to check my mail until the following Monday when I arrived back to my homeI opened my pacakage to only find it with tags stating that it is a "Coin" hobo walledNot what I was told I was buyingI tried logging onto Poshmark to notify both the seller and poshmark and I was locked out of my accountI notified Poshmark that Monday 7-9-through email that I had received the wrong color and I did not want the wallet to help me notify sellerTwo days later I am able to lock onto my account and I received a email from poshmark stating that they will give me a credit and I can contact seller to return walletThe response from the seller was that she would take the item back and send me a checkThen the Seller *** dissapears
If you have an honest seller you're fine, but once you step on a deceptive landmine you're in for hell While unlike most, I had a return approved, the email nightmare to (unsuccessfully ) return an over sized item was more stress than a bit of savings are worth Sent a broken luggage set, I needed a heavy weight label The returns only cover up to five pounds There is no way to automate a request for a heavy label, so I had to email customer support That alone took a day ( you get two to complete the return for your refund) and they gave a boiler plate answer with no large label The next one did get me a label, but that was the evening of the end of the time period I sent back a note asking if I could still return and they never responded Two months later I decide to delete the account all together, and can't because they have a ticket still open I email support and ask them to close the account They ask me to ship the item first I'm not bothering to return it at this point as I'm sure they won't return my money after such incompetence I email back saying no, just delete my account Then they send a threatening email saying I have hours to ship the item I tell customer support off Doubt I'll get a response, but honestly, avoid this awful, insipid company
