Poshmark is an AWFUL site It's run poorly with no customer service and makes fraudulent charges on your account when you sign up to purchase itemsI've only been on the site about a month and made about purchases with of the purchases being fraudulent! The first fraudulent purchase is when I purchased a dress that stated is was a size I am a size and when I received the dress I couldn't even get into it because it was an Asian size I contacted Poshmark to tell them I wanted to return the item for a refund The seller was nice enough to reply back to please resend the item for a refund I did return the item for a refund and Poshmark took the payment and never refunded me the money which I just noticed on my credit card statement Then I purchase a pair of used Louboutin shoes which stated they were in good conditionI asked if there was any damage and the seller stated no When I received the shoes they had been worn by someone with hugely fat feet and the whole sides of the shoes flopped down and wouldn't stay on your feet because they were slingbacks I sent a picture of the shoes on my feet telling Poshmark these are unwearable and they refused to let me return the shoes for a refund They gave the seller my $and would not let me return the unwearable shoes and would not give me back my money I also tried to purchased a used Gucci belt for $ They again took my money right away before I received a package The package did not show as in transit for days so I tried to cancel the order thinking it was fraudulent They would not let me cancel an item for days so you have no way of cancelling and are at their mercy The seller then cancelled the item and it showed on the website as if I cancelled the item and kept my $which I just now found on my credit card statement While I was waiting for the belt I tried ordering another Gucci belt thru Poshmark for $ They again charged my credit card before the package was even delivered The seller waited days to ship the package and I emailed Poshmark that I was leaving town and could not accept the package until I got back home and they had to put my account on hold until I got back to accept packageI even went online to their vacation hold link and it showed that you can only put a vacation hold on as a seller not a buyer Package was delivered while I was not home When I got home and opened the package (days after delivery) it was NOT a Gucci belt it was A HALF USED NAIL POLISH AND 1/BOX OF OLD CRAYONS!! I contacted Poshmark right away and they stated that they gave the seller the money because I didn't accept or refuse delivery within days even though I told them I couldn't accept a package and contacted them about the trash I received They charged me $anyway! I have contacted my credit card fraud department as this is fraud You can not contact a live person in any manner with this company You have to email them thru the site and they state that it takes at least hours to get back to you and that on weekends and holidays they may not be able to get back to youThey don't handle your complaint right away, they get back to you "when they can" and they give the seller days before you can cancel a scam but only give the buyer days after delivery with no exceptionThis site is a scam They let scammers on their site take your money and when you complain and show proof that you are not getting the item you ordered they do nothing for you and keep your money or give it to the scammers even when you show proof of being scammed *** *** *** ** *** * *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** * *** *** ** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** ***

As stated previously, our team is trained on authentication and found this item to be counterfeit for reasons including but not limited to: incorrect date code, incorrect font, heat stamp is wrong, canvas print and color is offOur records show that the order was delivered back to the seller on *** ***.

AVOIDPoshmark supports racism, threats, and bullying! They have absolutely horrible customer serviceThey respond with the same canned responses, no matter the situationThese messages take two seconds to send, yet they take over hours to respond every timeI recently had a user (who was disgruntled about who knows what), make 15+ harassing comments on my listings- this was before I could block them! They made racist insults, personal attacks on my appearance, and spread lies about me scamming themIt was clear that this account was made for the sole purpose of harassing me; their account name included MY username! Yet when I contacted Poshmark about this, they refused to remove the comments and claimed that they had "taken the appropriate actions," yet the account was still active!
I have been diagnosed with depression in the past, and things like this affect me deeply-- heck, anyone would feel threatened and insulted! I am back on medications because of this horrible experience, mostly because Poshmark failed to take any action, which to me says that they condone racist remarks, threats, and straigbullyingI made a sale today, but I am cancelling the order and deleting my account immediatelyI refuse to let this joke of a "business" profit from me again- and you can be sure that they will lose business because of me as well!

#####-I have recently experienced an issue with a buyer that I find to be a bit frustratingI sold a XL Hurley jacket to a women who only paid $(making my actual earnings $and her total payment around $with shipping) She received the item and gave a review of She CLAIMS that there is no way the jacket is a size XL and that it must be sized in Juniors sizingIn the review, she mentions that it doesn't even zip (1-its a button up jacket) and there is no way it will closeClaimed she had plenty of Hurley jackets in a size medium, they all fit perfectlyAt this point I have come to the conclusion that she is a bigger size womanI wear a size small/medium in WOMENS and the jacket was drowning me before I sold itI thought that if she felt strongly enough she could file a claim and Poshmark would be our bufferIt was not in junior sizing so there was no reason for me to apologize and reach out to herShe never filed a claimIt came to the point were payment had been processed and was deposited into my bank accountI'm assuming she noticed as well when that happened because she decided to copy and paste the review under the sold jackets posting the same day########
Here is my theory with this, I believe that she may not fit the jacket like she wanted tooIt may not be the right color or the right materialShe asked no questions before purchasingThe jacket was perfect and just as describedSHE HAD NO CASESo if she were to file, I believe, that she felt she would not win and had to amount to other termsBy reaching out to me I think she expects a seller approved return because of her dissatisfactionNow, if she does REALLY believe that this is sized in juniors, she still has no proof for her case so that may be why she hasn't filed eitherI have not shopped junior sizing since I was I do not have proof of that either since I purchased this jacket too big and that was over a year agoSo looks like we are both out of luck#####
I really do not want to rip people off and I am more than willing to correct my mistakes, but if you purchase something at your own discretion from a USED clothing site, do your researchBUYERS: Need to be active in there purchasesBe aware of what you're risking buying USED itemsNot everyone in this world is honest and thoroughAsk a lot of questions before purchasingConfirm things in the comments and screen shot so that if something is not as it seems, you have a caseASK ASK ASKIm sorry, but its not just a sellers responsibility to make sure you are satisfied with what you're purchasingTake some action and get all of the infoSELLERS: decide if its worth itPoshmark takes effort and time to really get those salesAccuracy and honesty is the most guarantee you can have on this site and even then its not always enough to satisfy a customerI suggest taking pictures of the items BEFORE sending and using them for a case if the item is returned and damaged(This has yet to happen to me, but found it to be common in the reviews) Make sure to time stamp itBe as thorough in descriptions as possible and remember it is not your responsibility to clarify if the customer has not asked the questionsSite reference is always your BEST betIf you can reference an item from the brand and site it came from, that is all the proof you needGrow up people and take responsibilityBe honest as a seller and be skeptical as a buyerI have made money on clothes that I would have otherwise thrown out after collecting dust in my closetI appreciate that about Poshmark, but there are some flaws and Poshmark should be more active in there buyer/seller relationships when things go crazyThere needs to be proof of seller before sending items so that sellers can be protected from buyers who destroy things because of there remorseSellers should be able to ask as many questions as needed and expect honest answersHigher priced items should NEED proof of purchase so that no one is a victim to price I recently joined Poshmark, I read a lot of reviews and helpful tips I listed an authentic Louis Vuitton purse, included was photos and original purchase receipt The bag was sent to the Poshmark concierge for inspection, then off to the buyer Immediately I was notified by the buyer NOT POSHMARK that she found peeling to the canvas I requested photthe photos of the bag I sent her had NO DAMAGE I also requested several support emails that Poshmark explain what was going on-I received a generic reply that they noticed a flaw but didn't think it was a big deal and sent it to the buyer I am being scammed by this site Now the buyer is sending me back a damaged purse I contacted LV store where I purchased the bag less than years ago, they verified a purse of this caliber should have no peeling I have LV bags over years old that I used daily for years and they are not peeling-also made of the same LV material I've yet to receive any live person to contact me and answer my questions I've since removed all high end items from my "closet" and will never sell anything of actual value on that site I googled and found a few phone #'s to Poshmark, left multiple messages and no return call This is a scam site with over negative reviews from scammed customers

This company is so wrapped up in creating red tape that it allows chaos and harassment to its users.example: no phone contact for any reason- customer assistance, problems, harassing/ bullying , everything is via email- with robo generated replyDays later another generic email, nothing is usually resolvedAnother instance- other poshmark members authentic listing without knowledge- reported listings show up in your news feed asking if you think it’s true or false, these are real reported listings, on random items that some people have NO KNOWLEDGE of the brands, they answer however they wantAlso mentally unstable and also anonymous person randomly keeps reporting my authentic listings , creating ALOT of problems and wasted time on my end, clearly out of spite for not accepting a $offer I assume- allowing this person to do this numerous times a week- There should be an automatic block from this person after two times for our own safety since we obviously don’t know who it is to d

I have used poshmark for a bitMy experience with this company is just badThe problem is that poshmark has no rating system that is permanent so buyers or sellers can beware of bad usersI have bought many things on posh and most of what I bought the seller never shipsPoshmark holds the money for days and then it takes a couple a days for the money to be refunded after the order is cancelledThere are a lot of inductive sellers with listings for sale and a lot of seller advertise fake or nonexistent itemsThere is also a lack of communication with sellers and ripple often curse each other out on herePoshmark customer service is absaloutly no help what so ever and in my case I got my account locked because I warned other buyers to beware of a seller* *** ** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** * *** ** *** People please don't waste your time on this siteYou will come across good users but you will more often come across bad onesAnd if you do get an account, please do not trade and video record everything because there are a lot of scammers present on that site
