Complaint:***I am rejecting this response because:
Consumers have a Right to Information, and Right to Redress. Poshmark does not provide the consumer with clear information of their practices, specifically returns or refunds. On the terms and conditions, that are inconspicuously hidden, their "Returns" section states that they do not accept returns, AT ALL, in addition that "fit is not an issue" is not stated as not a valid reason to return an item. In fact, the reasons for receiving a refund or return an item are vague at best. The fact that they do not accept returns is a very important piece of information that the company should display visibly and clearly on their app and website. The reason being that, it is common practice for businesses to issue refunds, and/or allow returns, if a consumer is not satisfied with the product, so customers already expect that dissatisfaction with a product, or fit, is a valid reason to receive a refund, or at the very least an exchange. If Poshmark does not want to accept returns and/or issue refunds, then "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" should be clearly displayed on their website or app. It is not only irresponsible, but negligent. Poshmark has over reviews and complaints in the Revdex.com, and 98% are dealing with returns and refunds that the company cheats consumers out of. And that is just the customers that have taken the task to file a complaint, but in reality there has to be hundreds, if not thousands more they have taken advantage of. Furthermore, this company baits the consumer so once they cannot return the product, they suggest that you re-sell said product on their site, which will turn a profit for themSo Poshmark shamelessly profits from their preposterous return policy
Had "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" been clearly displayed, I would have never purchased clothing or shoes from them, because I know that just because something says size X, manufacturing, material, and other factors, play a part on how that item would fit, which makes it too much of a risk to purchase. Now, I have been attempting to return the boots and receive a refund for almost one month without resolve. In addition to this complaint, I have filed another one with the *** *** *** *** *** *** *** will be my next stop if I cannot return the boots for a full refund
