I received a purchased item that had oil spots and stains and these were not listed in the description of the itemI tried filing a complaint with the company for a full refundBecause I was unable to file a complaint thru their web app or desktop, I was denied in my claimWhen I explained that I tried resetting my password for my profile, I never received am instruction email from the company after attemptsI reached out to their customer suppprt to inquire about a refund for the skirt I received, I was told that because I didn't file a complaint properly that my refund request will not be granted

Poshmark will duplicate postsOn site to potential customers, it looks like the item is for salemultiple timesMy items have sold, shipped and I’ve received my money & star ratingsYet I log into my account and same item is listed againI email customer service, takes days for them to respond to only blame it on the customer stating looks like I entered multiple ordersWhy would I sabotage customers? They do not have a delete feature for the duplicate item or even a report feature for duplicationInstead, you cannot escalateTo managementIt takes days for response and in the meantime your closet looks terrible due to their inability of accountability2nd issueA return was supposed to come to meCustomer never returnedReported issue, no responseI’m due $ on my account from buyerNo customer supportThe more complaints I read I’m starting to see Poshmark in itself is a scam!

I was shopping online for a specific Vintage crossbody bag made by Dooney & BourkeI found the bag on eBay and was in the bidding processThe auction on the item was closing in hoursI made the mistake of finding a company called Poshmark, where a seller , ***, was selling the exact same item that looked to be in better condition than the one on eBayOn Nov27th, I purchased the item, from ***, on PoshmarkI was excited about my decision and stopped bidding on the item on eBay which sold for higher than my bidWell, day after day, I was never informed that my item shipped from PoshmarkI finally inquired to ***, the seller, but received no responsesPoshmark policy says if the item doesn't ship after days you can CANCEL the orderI didn't want to cancel the order, I wanted the bagThis was my very first transaction with PoshmarkAfter days I had no alternative but to cancel but had missed out on a good price for the same item on eBayOn Dec7th Poshmark started the refund process which I did receive quicklyHowever, this seller is still on Poshmark and so is this item that I purchased but with a red SOLD banner across the bottom right corner! Poshmark needs to contact these sellers and if they get no response, purge their website of the sellers that blemish their reputationPoshmark as well, should purge their website of items that sell or are never shipped NOT put a SOLD SIGN on them, taking credit for items never deliveredThat's a dishonest practice

I will never use this company again~ Last year, I was the victim of a scammer who found me on their site She had wanted to purchase my item, and sent me a bogus check for more than the item was worth, with instructions to just cash the check, keep what was owed, and send them the rest Check was bogus, and no transaction was made~ The straw that broke the camels back for me, was their removal of a designer bag posted by me, from their website, even though all proof of authenticity was submitted Obviously, their people wouldn't know a designer bag if it bit them in the ***! They wanted more pictures of said bag, with the receipt from purchase, before they would reinstate my posting Really? A receipt from years ago? This web-site is a joke~ Consumer beware!

I sold a *** scarf on Poshmark and the buyer received the item on May 12, *** at 11;03am The policy states that they seller gets paid days later which would be May 16, ***Well that never happenedI contacted poshmark times and each time they told me the money is released but it is was not releasedPlease help get my money

I ordered a coat on Poshmark I made an offer, it was accepted and that was that, greatI later noticed, unbeknown to me that my daughter had made offers in my phone! They were accepted and the money was debited from my card! I tried every possible way to contact Poshmark to cancel those orders Because they had been made by a minor who was not authorized to order anything or charge on my debit card My card company refunded two of the coats to my debit card they said they’d have to look into the third, I checked in the morning and Poshmark had debited those amounts again! I tried to call them, you can’t talk to a live person, you have to leave a message, l notified them by email of the issue and they totally disregarded it, all they want is the moneyThey don’t rate any stars, but I had to give them at least one to place this review

I ordered a top, brand name- SAYLOR, which was being sold on Poshmark at a steep discountThe design house was selling the same top for $more than the seller on Poshmark was selling it forI ordered a small, as I am 5'3" and lbs, 34A Cup Size, as the Poshmark seller OFFERED NO SIZE CHART OR SIZING INFORMATION, OR DESCRIPTION AS TO HOW THE TOP FITSThe top cameI was stunned as to how tiny the top wasThe fit was NOTHING like the photo which was depicted on the Poshmark sellers product page, NOTHING LIKE ITI can't get my arms into the arm holes and I am quite thinI've sent photos to Poshmark highlighting how ILL-FITTING this top was and questioned the AUTHENTICITY of this item as well as suggesting that the item was MISLABELED as a small when it is in face an XS or smallerPoshmark refuses to take the item back, even after having me send them numerous photos of myself in the top, which were quite revealing, additionally, the whole experience has been humiliatingThey

I purchased an organizer from Poshmark, prior to purchasing it I asked if it fits by insert - she said yes, but it was no as I took it to three stores, staples and two high end pharmacies that sell Daytimer and Filofax, none fit and the woman who does the ordering said that nothing would fit itI contacted Poshmark and had to wait for over a week to say that my request has been deniedAs the seller stated that it would fitI saw complaints of this companyI work part time and have to make the most of my money, this is dishonest! It is scamming honest people

I bought something through Poshmark that was not as it was described by the seller, and I cannot use itPoshmark allows only days to submit a complaintWhen I tried to submit the complaint their system would not accept it because I did not have a photoI was travelling so I had my mom open the package for me to check it, her flip phone can't send SMS messages to my smart phone so I had no photo to submitBecause I couldn't submit the complaint without a photo, the time limit expiredI emailed them about the issue, explaining that I tried to submit the issue but their system rejected it, and they refused to reimbursed meI emailed again and they didn't even respondTheir customer service has been rude to me when they have responded, and they continually refuses to reimburse me for a $item that is completely useless to me since the seller lied about what it wasI just want a refund on the item, and I have offered to ship the item back to them many timesI have also asked th

I ordered a pair of shoes the description read that they were a size 10.5, I received them and they were a size I did find it weird that I couldn't call a customer service departmentI was scared after reading all of these reviews that I wouldn't get my money backThey not only paid for my shipping to return but I received my money right awayThere are more negative reviews than positive which is scary for online shoppingI don't want to take the risk so I will not shop there againI'm just happy that they returned my money

I had two sales pending, at which time I had a zero balance with PoshmarkMy pending balance included both items that were en route to their buyersOnce one of them was received, my funds were released and showed so in "Redeemable" fundsHowever, when the second item was received by buyer and I got an email stating my funds from this transaction were released, my balance did not reflect thisI sent Poshmark an email explaining the issue with the order numbers and amountsI received an email back within a few hours stating that they have confirmed the release of the fundsBut the funds were NOT released and inaccessible by meThe money disappeared! I have since them sent them a screenshot and more details in three additional emails, waiting a minimum of hours on business days between each emailI never got a responseLong story short, Poshmark took my money and is now ignoring my attempts to contact them and resolve this issueI am a "Suggested User" and have been with Posh

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have received an unacceptable answer from posh mark support, the message is incorrect and does not answer my questionThe response has failed to resolve the issue and I'm still confused about the position of management. Sincerely,*** ***

I purchased a bundle of three items priced at $including shippingWhen I received the package from the seller, she didn’t include one of the items and said that she’d try to find itThis went on for too long, I received a message from poshmark with an apology and instructions to send the two items back to the seller and I would receive my refundThe transaction was on 8/27/18, I sent the two items back in good faith that I would get my money back which never happenedI have sent numerous emails to poshmark with NO response and the note now says case resolvedI don’t understand what happened here but I would appreciate a response and my refund

For order #*** after further review, the item showed more wear than disclosed in the listing and as such approved the case for a returnAs a one time courtesy we have credited the user
$in Posh CreditFor this reason we consider the case closed

I ordered a pair of *** *** shoes from a seller on July 11, ***The seller stated the shoes had only been worn once and provided pictures of the shoesI received the shoes July 16, ***I immediately opened the package while and was completely lividThe toe of the shoes were completely scuffed, the heels were badly scraped, and the soles were coming apartI had searched for these particular shoes for months and Poshmark was the only place I could find themIn fact, these shoes were the reason I joined PoshmarkI immediately e-mailed Poshmark with picturesI DID NOT ACCEPT THE ORDERI informed them that I desired to keep the shoes, but I would like a partial refundOn July 19, ***, I receive an e-mail (I guess it was automated) informing me that my case had been accepted, and I must return the shoes to receive a full refundI was happy they ruled in my favor, but I immediately sent a reply e-mail informing them (AGAIN) that I did not want a full refundI only desired a

One of the sellers has harassed me and slandered my name, as well as others, and customer service refused to do anything about itI know it is because this particular seller sells their products at outrageous prices by lying about their products, therefore poshmark is making a lot of money off of this sellerThey don't want to risk losing that moneyHowever, I will be suing for slander and listing poshmark as liable since they are refusing to remove the remarksWe'll see how much money they lose then

Poshmark arbitrates disagreements between buyers and sellersIn my instance I depicted how a seller used ad pictures that portrayed a purse larger than what it was in realityI asked for a returnI pointed to the ad photos and placed the bag inside another know brand to help demonstrate the size issuePoshmark will not authorize the return and has encouraged me to resell the handbagMy thoughts are that Poshmark is taking advantage of these instances and gaining 20percent commission on each sale instead of allowing a refundI have no history of selling anything on Poshmark only buyingI am starting to think this is how they groom sellers on their siteI would like my refund and to be left as a buyer only

I purchased seven items on poshmark for a total of $***Although I accepted them as "delivered" I discovered upon closer inspection that they were all counterfeit itemsI have contacted poshmark at least ten times to discuss an amicable resolution for this, but they have not responded to me at allPoshmark has suspended the sellers closet just after I bought the items, so I am certain they are aware that her items were fakeSeveral other buyers purchased from her and their items were verified as counterfeit and a refund issuedI also filed a claim with *** as part of the funds used were from ***They have not responded to *** eitherThe site has a strict counterfeit policy, yet they do not seem very interested in enforcing it

This website/app takes weeks or more to answer an emailWhen they do reply back it is not helpful and not showing interest in resolving the issueSold a louis vuitton bag over $was authenticated sent to buyer and buyer never picked up the item so its either sitting in the post office or some one has it and poshmark won't release payment to meI can't get info from post office unless I have the customers info which I don't have since I mailed it directly to posh to be authenticatedWorst experience everI want my bag back or to be paid this is ridiculous! I might have to drive or fly to posh head quarters to get some answers

This company allowed a seller on their site to sell me a flawed product
The seller listed an item as in perfect condition, with no flaws
Believing this to be true, I purchased the item in a bundle with another item (two separate items)
The second item was new, and I removed the tags after receiving it
I then tried on the first item (which was used), and realized it had a stain on it that was not mentioned by the seller
I put in a complaint, and the company automatically issued me a refund, which I did not request
They allowed the seller to lie without reprimand, stating that she sent out a flawless garment, where it was indeed stained (picture submitted with the complaint)
I told the company I wasn't interested in a refund, as I was happy with the second item, and had removed the tags
They then cancelled the refund, but did not refund me or credit me for the flawed item
The company then offered me ten dollars credit for the 40-dollar item
I am now stuck with a shirt
