Terrible website When I need to return something that arrived in horrible condition - not how it was described, they emailed me to say it was rejected because they requested addition photos I never saw that request and they were extremely annoying about the whole thing Several other things I ordered from them, that I just let go, also looked like crap Never order from them, they're terrible

I started using Poshmark in when it was a start up appCurrently, I am a top 10% user with an average of stars on the sale of hundreds of items over several yearsI have been honest and credible in my transactionsI am writing this complaint due to Poshmark's complete negligence, disregard, and retaliation for the complaints from honest sellers like myself and others who have come forward and are reporting the countless accounts who are continuing to freely sell counterfeit goods on Poshmark's appOne seller of these counterfeit goods retaliated against me by reporting my listings, writing harassing and threatening comments all over my listings, creating fake accounts to impersonate me and publicly share my personal information, all the while continuing to create several new Poshmark accounts on which they sold several counterfeit itemsI filed a minimum of reports to delete the comments and the profiles which are impersonating me, and I sent a minimum of e-mails to

According to Poshmark, all sales are final/ no returns permitted unless you receive a product from a seller that was not as advertisedI sold an Apple Watch series to a buyer who then proceeded to open up a case on me because she couldn’t figure out how to operate the Watch, so she wanted a refundThis did not warrant her a refund!! My watch was in excellent condition and now God knows what condition it’s going to be in once I actually get it back! (If I even get it back) I more than likely have just lost $250!! I’m absolutely furious that Poshmark approved this after sending them proof of what I sent to the buyer was 100% what I advertised and worked 100% before I sent it! I want my money because I know the Watch is not going to be usable even if I get it back if this buyer can’t eben figure out how to work it!! Poshmark claimed they approved the return request because “they don’t support the sell of electronics.” Then WHY are there hundreds of other Apple watches on their site fo

I purchased an item on Postmark.com, and was sent the completely WRONG itemI ordered a orange flower cardigan, and received a mauve skirtI contacted the seller immediately upon receiving the wrong item, and she messaged back that she made a mistake and shipped my sweater to someone else, and that person's skirt to meThat was a week agoI contacted Postmark to ask them to facilitate me getting the item I ordered a paid for--and all I received was a mailing label to ship the skirt I received to someone else--absolutely ZERO response as to where my item is, nor when I will be receiving it! It's like they want me to mail the item I received to someone else and aren't caring one bit about getting my item to me! In a week I haven't received a single response to my emails asking where my item is, nor when I might receive itThis is unprofessional and this business is a complete JOKEI want my Posh credit refunded to me so I can spend it on something I want, not whatever a seller deci

Worst online shopping experienceEverTook weeks to get WRONG item from sellerI alerted Poshmark immediately of the error, and now it has taken another week (plus) and multiple emails from them requesting photos and other info to get them to agree that, yes, I got the wrong itemNow they want me to print out a return label (I don't have a printer) and to return the item within TWO DAYS to get a refundUn-be-lievableI've turned the whole mess over to my credit card company to open an investigationFirst and last time at Poshmark...wish I'd read the reviews first

I sell on PoshmarkA buyer purchased necklacesI have enlarged pictures in the listingShe claimed the item was not as describedThe pictures clearly show there were no cracks as she claimedIt was a Sapphire and diamond earring that she claimed was crackedSapphires are very hard and it takes deliberate action to crack itShe repeatedly tried to take the transaction off Poshmark which is a violation of their policyShe continued to demand to keep everythingPoshmark refunded her money before I received all of the itemsThis buyer was notified to send all the items backShe only sent one & continued to demand to keep the restThis is against Poshmark policyI finally received the items deliberately tied together multiple timesThey are now damaged and I can't sell themFor over weeks, I've contacted Poshmark to resolve thisI get no repliesMy attempts to resolve this through Poshmark have been ignoredI want all of the money refunded to me

I recently bought *** boots through the Poshmark companyThe seller describes the boots as a "no slip in sole"And had no pictures of the issue or what she mentI thought it ment a no slip bootI purchased the boots and to my knowledge they had no insoles! The seller did not post pictures of the inside of the boot! I sent *** an email of my dissatisfactionThe company sided with the seller and said that I should have asked more questions and that the seller says "a no slip in sole" and gave me $of posh moneyI don't believe the company handled the situation well at allHad I know the boots had no insoles I never would have made the expensive purchaseThe company did not support me the buyer in anywayIt solely protected the seller! I don't believe that it is good business practicesNow I'm stuck with a pair of expensive boots with no insolesI would not recommend this company and if you choose to shop with Poshmark just buyer beware!

Hi! I have been selling clothes and shoes through this business on their app and have been a user for over yearsI listed a pair of brand new *** *** Jeggings - Dark Wash, because they were too large for meA buyer that goes by "***" on their profile purchased the jeggings and I proceded normally how I do with the other many many items I have sold and not ever received a problem withAfter I got the notice that the package was delivered another notification came in from Poshmark saying that a case was opened for my sale because the product was either 'broken damaged or not as listed'About a couple days later the 'case photos' were released and the photos the purchaser posted were NOT and ANYWHERE near the pair of jeggings I sent outAs someone who worked for the company *** *** and knows their jeans very precisely, these jeans were not only a completely different wash, color and style but not even made by the company anymoreHer photos of HER jeans had a ripped

After reviewing their policies for over a month I decided to give them a goI made a purchase from their site and immediately as my payment went through the seller deleted their profileI contacted POSHMARK immediately to cancel my orderThey refused even tho it too another business days before my order was shippedMy package was never delivered to me and while trying to contact them via phone I was directed to an email(They don't have live customer support)It's been a month of emailing back and forthI've open a case with *** and they even said that the packageore than likely wasn't delivered to the right address or it was stolenI have them all the information and they will not give me a refund

Hello I made a purchase (Dress) on May 28th, when the item arrivedIt was stained so bad it could not be worn, the seller did not advertise the stainsI reached out to her and she apologized, and said to not accept file a claim to receive a refund(I have the email trail) I did that, I sent photosPoshmark comes back on June 7th, and says they needed more photos in natural lightI sent more that same day, I've explained to them more then timesThe dress is a golden yellowish it will be difficult to see the spots without holding itOn June 9th they sent another email indicating I did not send the photos on June 7th, and since I had not they would be closing the case with no refundI replied copying the confirmation I received from the June 7th email I sentIt's like this is intentional and a common business practice, they wait days to replyThey don't read there emails, and then close your case keeping your monies and you end up with bad merchandiseThis is totally unacce

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I purchased a jacket that was incorrectly measured by sellerI could not return it and no refund Customer service is only in Poshmark’s favor Apparently Poshmark or seller have no responsibility for making this right If transaction goes well, fine, if there is a problem, you are out of luck

Good afternoon - I made a purchase off Poshmark*** (an online consignment shopping market), however, the item I paid for was not the item described (boots were described clearly as one size, the pair I received were a full two sizes smaller)I've been trying to work with Poshmark customer service for a week and a half no with no assistanceThey offered me "Poshmark credits" which I do not need, nor did I ask forAll I need from them is a full refund for my purchase + shipping as the item received was fraudulently advertised

Poshmark suspended my account without warning or valid reasonI have been both a buyer and seller on Poshmark without any issues or complaintsWhen I asked the reason for my account being suspended I was told that one of my accounts (I’ve only ever had one) was previously suspended (not true) and there was a match detected between that account and my current oneI HAVE ONLY EVER HAD ONE ACCOUNT!!! When I tried to sort this out with customer service they just send me the same email responseThe account they are referring to that they say was previously suspended looks to be my daughter’s account which I’ve never used nor has she used my accountAnd even though Poshmark is saying that account is suspended, my daughter is still able to buy/sell and I am not! I’ve done nothing wrong (nor has my daughter) and furthermore they told me that in order to reinstate my account I would need to send them my driver’s license # and information! That is not something they require in the first pla

For sellers of legitimate products, this company is a bad deal They have a "review" process that really just consists of the buyer submitting pictures claiming that an item was damaged or not as described in the original listing Then they drag both buyer and seller through a convoluted process of "reviewing" the submitted materials Maybe they ask for more documentation from the seller Maybe they ask for more documentation from the buyer But ultimately, they side with the buyer The items that the seller receives back are never in the same condition they were when sent to the buyer So the buyer is happy...and maybe got a freebie out of the deal depending on what they did with the item while it was in their possession...and the seller is out of a product that was just fine when it left their hands initially Sellers also get completely hosed on the "commission" that the company takes Buyers get hosed on shipping I hate that this company has cost me so much time and energy In the interest of my sanity, I am giving them up

Complaint:***I am rejecting this response because:
I submitted photos of the item laying next to a piece of paper with the buyer's information and date of shipment/sale that clearly show the dress in perfect conditionPostmark gave me $** worth of credit in their app, which I have not used because I will not accept that amount as resolution to this caseThat is 1/the value of the dress! That is absurd! I have repeatively asked for their legal and insurance information, which they continue to not provide.
It is OBVIOUS from the pictures submitted to Poshmark with the date of shipment written next to the dress that the buyer didn't want to pay their financial onligation and thus damaged the dressThis is also evident from the thread on the dress' initial listing, where the buyer states that she can't afford the dress after I had already shipped it and thus was lying (if the money wasn't in her account as she claimed on the thread, it would not have ever even cleared and been processed as a sale, thus diminishing the buyer's honesty)I also do not smoke or have pets; it now smells strongly of bothThere are defects and stains all over the dress now, which would have been visible from the pictures I took on the date of sale/shipmentThe dress was in perfect condition when it left my ownershipThe buyer damaged it and there is no two ways about itPoshmark allowed this, failed to catch a dishonest buyer trying to take advantage of their return policy, and it resulted in financial damage for me.
Despite failing to uphold their end of a contractual agreement by falsely stating that they will provide "seller protection", they have no customer support and selectively answer questionsThey will not admit to the flaws in their platform and accept responsibility for their oversight, which lets just address this issue honestly: would be written off as a business operations expense if they accepted responsibility for their errorIt is an extremely frustrating and financially damaging company for those that are not made of millions of dollars but are rather just the average shopper who appreciates indulging in high end fashion at a discounted rateFor those of us who work all week to pay for that $*** dress that Poshmark allows a buyer to damage and then insults with a $** credit on their app only (doesn't have a tangible value outside of the app, aka a "real numerical value" outside of their microcosm), it's a very damaging situation that should have never occurred had Poshmark simply honored and done with their due diligence, what was promised to me (the seller) in their contractual obligationThere is a disproportionate balance of power between buyer and seller in addition the buyer and seller collectively vsPoshmark, that is against the principles of free market.
I need their legal legal and insurance information at this pointThanks.
Sincerely,Katherine Paulsen

I purchased a 2nd hand purse from PoshmarkI recognize that the product they sell is "gently" usedHowever, the purse I received was noticeably worn and the snap on the purse does not function properlyThis renders the item uselessI never would've purchased it, if the seller honestly stated the purse is brokenPoshmark denied me a refundI would like my money back

For order*** - NWOT Lululemon peace of mind leg warmer grayThe seller listed photos showcasing the actual itemAfter further review our team found the user did indeed receive the
same item as shown within the sellers photosAdditionally, the seller disclosed within the listing description “First pictures are for reference only”As such, our team was forced to deny the caseWe strongly recommend our users ask questions before purchasing an itemFor this reason, we consider the case closed

Beware of shopping on Poshmark I purchased a jacket which was described as being one colorWhen it arrived it was a different colorI followed the vague Poshmark process of problem with purchaseI sent a photograph ofthe jacket Poshmark then asked me three more times to take additional photograps of the jacket brcause the vendor accused me of not takint photographs in "natural light" It was clear to me that when you buy something on Poshmark from a vendor who deliberately describes an itm in a misleading way, that Poshmark is unwilling to allow the purchaser to return the item and get the refund that is due Poshmark is not a customer friendly platform for shopping so buyers should beware that they could be misled by vendors without any recourse
