Don't sell on this App/Website This company lets seller's decide if they want to pay you or test your item and then return it at no cost to the buyer I made the mistake of selling a high price item on PoshmarkI had to wait a week before I heard the buyer wasn't happy and I wasn't getting paid for my itemNow I am to want to see if the buyer decides to sent back my actually item or something else? disclosing any flaws to avoid item not as described returnsWe have to do our best to assist our users since the items are never in Poshmark's possessionAfter comparing the provided not as described pictures, listing and conversations between the buyer and seller we then make our decisionIn this case the buyer was able to prove there were discrepancies with the purchased itemsShe did not want to attempt removing the markings to avoid any alterations to the item, should it not be removalAlso, it was described as new, therefore she should not have to clean the item upon arrivalThe buyer followed our policy by contacting Poshmark, rather than the seller directly, as this often leads to confrontations and "he said she said" situations

I sold a kate spade purse and pouch to a buyer on June 29, The day before the buyer had inquired about the item and I wrote to her that I had to check the pieces before I would sell themWell, I inspected them, and they were in perfect condition, so I agreed to the saleThe pieces are delivered and the buyer opens a case stating that the purse has a "scratch" or "thin cut" on itI told Poshmark that I had photographs of the item as I was packing it, that a postal worker helped me pack it (and complimented me on what a nice piece it was), and that I was sorry if the seller somehow accidentally cut the piece when opening it, but that it was not my faultThe buyer lies and says I sold her a different bag than the one in the photos, and I'm able to then show the TIME STAMPS on the bag being packed INSIDE THE POST OFFICE (and I alert Poshmark that I have a witness--the postal worker who helped me pack)I say the buyer either cut the bag or had a damaged bag and swapped them out

Poshmark takes 20% of all earningOver the past year Poshmark has made over $from my purchases and salesI have developed a great closet with several loyal customers and use it as a way to make some extra cash for myselfPoshmark has wrongfully closed my account and is now refusing to respond to my emailsThis company has disgusting customer service and in no way should be able to randomly inhibit my ability to make moneyI have not inhibited their business in any wayThey are able to take 20% of my sales for the sole purpose that I am using their appSince they have taken that away I demand the 20% they have taken from me returned because I am no longer able to make sales

I have attempted to purchase different items on this site over the course of months of the items were never shipped by the Sellers The 4th item was shipped, not as described and included a note from the Seller acknowledging that the item was stained and including a packet of cell phone stickers No one buying an item thinks cell phone stickers make up for stains Sellers aren't rated, so you don't know if the person you're buying from will ship their items or whether the Seller is responsible with their descriptions I'll stick with e-Bay

on april 3rd I let the Revdex.com know that the item was refunded (see activity log)

I purchased a pair of jeans from Poshmark***, and when they arrived they had four visible fabric flaws that were not displayed on the Poshmark websiteI took a photo of the flaws, and attached it to an email to Poshmark, requesting a prepaid return label, and was told that flaws are "normal" with these jeansTheir posted policy includes "Product not as advertised" as a valid reason for a returnI once again requested a return label, and in a week I've had no response whatsoever

I contacted poshmark to handle a returnI received a automated email but no real reply from poshmarkThis is the second time Ive needed something canceled/returned and poshmark has been absent in the situation1st there is no option for you to simply return the item so you have to go through poshmark in order to get it returned and boy do they love to take there timeThey tell you not to send multiple inquiries about an order but they fail to actually answer and only leave you days to do an actual returnI don't have all day to waste waiting for poshmark to send a return labelI want a full refund for my item Im not so sure if I will be using this company again

I purchased a Louis Vuitton red shirt from "***" on POSHMARKI accidentally purchased the shirt twice, two shirts show up in the mail, one being a small and the other being a mediumBoth same exact designI didn't realize at first the one was a medium, but quickly didI contacted the seller and she accused me of lying, harassment, and me wanting to send back an old medium of mine I was unhappy with, so I can have two smalls of hersI never even asked for a refund, I asked for an exchange...If I'm going to be stuck with two shirts, I might as well be able to fit in them both, right? She refused the exchange and said she reported me for harrasmentShe also blocked me leaving me with no way of communicating with herI screen shot all our of correspondence, which she later deleted on poshmarkShe was also posing as two different sellers on POSHMARK, claiming the other was her "sister", she also recently deleted that profileAnd, the seller's real name--*** ***, is clearly stealing LV shirts from the Santa Clara store and selling them for half price on PoshmarkThe receipts are very generic and total bologna--I've bought directly from LV before and have real receipts of purchaseHer ads for her sales on line aren't legitimate either--I purchase a small, which the ad shows, and a medium shows up; the only ad said SMALL, and never even said she had multiple shirts, same productShe's been reported, along with the guy who shipped the shirts, Sean Fournier from AZ, to LV headquarters for theft and resale of stolen items onlineI contacted POSHMARK several times and sent them proof of everything, wrong item, photos of correspondence, etc., and they simply do not replyI've contacted them for weeks and only get an automated response saying, someone will reach out to me within hours and no one ever doesI tried so much to get an exchange directly from "mzluxedesigner" AKA *** ***, and she blocked me, so I have no way of anymore communication with herI also filed reports with AFFIRM and PAYPAL in hopes of getting half of my money refundedThis women is a a total fraud, scammer, and liarBe awareI'm out $on a shirt that doesn't fit me, and NO ONE has been any help as of yet

Our records show that this user has been permanently restricted from Poshmark due to the selling of counterfeit items as well as taking transactions off of PoshmarkSelling counterfeit items is against federal lawAny one of the following could result in up to $2,000,in fines and/or up to
years in prison:
(1) conspiring to traffic in counterfeit goods, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 371; (2) trafficking in counterfeit goods, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2320(a); and (3) concealing and selling imported counterfeit goods, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 545.
Due to this, we placed a hold on the seller’s earningsA member of our Operations team has been in touch with the seller and has let them know that they must agree to our terms that if they return to Poshmark and sell counterfeit items again, we will not be issuing any of their earningsWe do see that the seller has agreed to these terms and our Operations agent released their earnings on March 9th,
Due to this, we consider the case resolved

On March 9th Poshmark had contacted me letting me know my account was TEMPORARILY deactivated due to not shipping items I had soldI was then told that I needed to reread the guidelines and agree and promise to ship within 1-days after receiving a saleI did accordingly and within hours my account was reinstatedThroughout the hours after getting my account reinstated, I had not made any sales, but I purchased one item lawfully and paid in full for the amount askedWithin hours after being told my account has been reinstated, I was then notified AGAIN that my account was deactivated, however, this time it was PERMANENTThere was no explanation as to why, nor would there be any reason for it to be deactivated again permanently as I HAD MADE NO SALES!!!! I have been contacting poshmark numerous times via email with no response, there is NO telephone number to contact anyone about this which is ABSURD and I even reached out on social media to try to get them to acknowled
