I was a Seller on their websiteA customer purchased a handbag from me in new conditionI have the pictures to prove the condition of the bagThe buyer was allowed to return a damaged used bagPoshmark refunded them and I am stuck with a used bag that was NOT What I sent outPoshmark allowed Mail fraud by the buyer?

I followed the rules, tried my best to be a good seller, now poshmark restricted me for NO reasonI got an email saying I have offline transaction activities, which I NEVER did!! It is very interesting that I got restricted right after I posted a list to warn the others about a SCAMMER who tries to scam me using pictures of purses she stole from other poshers!!! Poshmark if you couldn't protect your member from those scammers, at least you don't need to restrict a member who didn't do anything wrong!!!!! I NEVER use offline transaction!!! You should restrict that scammer who cancelled my order and convinced me to pay her via ***!!!! I refused to use *** and told her I prefer to go through Poshmark!! Now you suspended me???? And did nothing but let that scammer be on the market?!?!?! What is going on?!

However, a customer may open a case with us if they don't receive their item or
the item they receive is not as described within the listingThis means a buyer cannot return an item they purchased on Poshmark if the item simply does not fit or they no longer want the item - as long as the seller accurately described the item in the listing
Therefore, as the item did not fit the customer, the return case was not approvedThe customer also has the option to re-sell an item on Poshmark if it does not fit
Due to this, we consider the matter resolved

I purchased an item (Lululemon) through Poshmark that was damagedOnce the item hits your mailbox Poshmark immediately sends out an email telling you to accept the item which I didAfter opening the item and realizing how damaged the item was I contacted Poshmark for a refund which the denied as I had “accepted” the itemThis is the 3rd item that I received through their service and were junkI will NEVER buy anything from this site again and I would warn others away also

As I have replied to the business, this is NOT a fit issue. The seller sold it as brand new / never worn. I could not have known that the item was worn by the measurements. I owned this exact same dress in the same size. When mine got washed improperly, the fabric changed. It pulled in an odd way that didn't impact measurements, but rather the way the fabric hangs. My issue with Poshmark/the seller of this dress is that it is not accurate that the dress is brand new - it is NOT a "fit" issue. I would have not been able to tell this by measurements, as I stated the consistency of the fabric is what tells me she too (or whoever she bought it from as "new") has washed it. Furthermore, if Poshmark is going to say something like this is a fit issue and not returnable, then I, as a consumer, think there should be a place where I can review what I purchased so that other people proceed with caution. I can not state that I did not receive a "new, never worn" dress anywhere on their site. Also, they didn't wait for a response from me before charging my card. Sincerely,Lindsay***

I purchased a pair of RSQ jeans that were listed as Slim Straight fitThat is what I always have worn and so I thought I would be safe making the purchase even though the seller did not take a picture of the labelJust to be sure I asked the seller "Are these slim fit?' The seller responded "yes." The package shows up and the pants are SKINNY FIT They look ridiculous on meI'm years oldWhen I tell Poshmark that the seller misrepresented the product they reject my request and pay the sellerNow I'm stuck with a pair of pants that I did not orderThe take away here is that frequently sellers will send you something not representated in the listing but you're stuck with the product because they don't want to pay for return shippingThis is a relatively new app that has to figure out how to avoid seller fraudMore than half of the items I've purchased have ended looking like *** *** rejectsBewareAt least at the *** *** you can try it on and inspect it before purchasing itWith Poshmark you'll spend so much time and effort return usefless trash that the "fun' turns into a nightmareYes the app is convenient but in the end *** is better, at least there the sellers care about their ratings and don't try to *** their trash off to othersI know it is a difficult business decision but Poshmark needs to improve their policies on allowing sellers to deliver trash, wasting buyer's time and money, while preventing buyers from leaving bad seller ratings after a dispute

Our records show that the item was delivered back to the seller on February 13th, 2018.

I ordered a purse from Gabysbags through Poshmark on 9/After the purchase was made I realized that the wrong mailing address was listedI attempted to edit the address but was unable to do so through the Poshmark appI also contacted the vender to have the address changed but they too were unable to change the addressI also contacted USPS but they would not change the address in time for the package to be delivered to the correct addressI emailed Poshmark on 9/only to get a response on 9/19, after the package was delivered to the wrong addressI explained what happened and was informed to contact them on 9/I contacted them on 9/and have not received any response
