I have been selling on this app since and have been loving iti have made over salesthe support answers within 24-hours like they sayhopefully they will eventually get a live chat or phone service, but I am yet to experience a negative problem

I purchased a ring which arrived not as described and defectiveThe ring was not the size advertized and it was badly damagedI requested a refund and Poshmark was unresponsiveI followed up with an email and Poshmark was unresponsiveI send another email and Poshmark responded stating that they didn't have enough pictures and that they had contacted me previouslyI asked for proof that they had contacted me on the date specified by them *** and recieved nothingThey are not abiding by their refund/return policy and are supporting sellers who are deceptive

I ordered a Yeti from a seller and once received realized it was a fakeI had already accepted the order online and once I received I contacted the seller and PoshmarkPoshmark then asked for photos to show that the item was not authentic which I provided and have had no response since thenThe seller is selling counter fit merchandise and Poshmark is supporting by not refunding

It looks like funds have been released to the seller on April For this reason, we consider the case resolved

My Debit card was fraudulently used with Poshmark on 11-29-I reached out to Poshmark via email as they DO NOT have a business phone number to let them know of the issueIt took several days for them to get back with me letting me know that their fraud department did determine it to be a fraudulent charge but they refuse to provide any information about the order that was placed using my debit cardI am trying to get this information to give the police but the only response they will give me is to have the police email them at their general email addressI have asked several times to get a contact name and number to pass on to the police so they can contact Poshmark and for them to give me a copy of the order that was placed with my cardThey refuse to do so

I ordered an item that was advertised New with TagsUpon receipt I discovered scuffs on the white patent product that was sold as new and sent photographs that showed the scuffs to the companyAt the onset of a holiday weekkend the company asks for more photos!? I bought pairs of jeans, I combed the listings to make sure I was buying something that fit the description at a fair price Of the three pairs of jeans two people lied significantly about the jeans and posted creative pictures to hide their lie One pair was worn by someone so much that the thighs had HUGE holes in the crotch area where thighs had rubbed through The second was a pair of men's jeans She clearly stated they were 32" inseam, they arrived, TAG says 30" There's no return policy, you have to file a complaintWhen I filed a complaint with pictures, the seller told Poshmark I was scammer and the picture was not of the tag from the men's jeans she sold me I will NEVER use the website again, and I will forever let everyone I know about my experience Stick with a site that backs the buyer, there are alot of horrible people out there, and most of them sell on Poshmark

The company has allowed someone using their service to harass me and slander my nameI have asked them to simply remove the comments this person has made and they simply told me to block and ignore herThat doesn't help when others are seeing the terrible things she is saying about meI want the comments removed immediately

Poshmark suspended my account without warning or valid reasonI have been both a buyer and seller on Poshmark without any issues or complaintsWhen I asked the reason for my account being suspended I was told that one of my accounts (I’ve only ever had one) was previously suspended (not true) and there was a match detected between that account and my current oneI HAVE ONLY EVER HAD ONE ACCOUNT!!! When I tried to sort this out with customer service they just send me the same email responseThe account they are referring to that they say was previously suspended looks to be my daughter’s account which I’ve never used nor has she used my accountAnd even though Poshmark is saying that account is suspended, my daughter is still able to buy/sell and I am not! Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The train case returned to me has been vandalized and defacedThis WAS NOT A RESULT of damage due to shipping because this damage was done on the inside of the caseI sent Poshmark pictures during the so-called "investigation" and clearly you can see that the case was in perfect condition and the (2) two holes shown on both legs of the case were intact prior to shippingIn addition, the pictures of the scrapes show that this was done to the case itself and could NOT be made from the outside of the packagingThese scapes were made on the case AFTER it was openedThe dents were not present on the case prior to shipping and with all of the other defacement, along with the comments the buyer left in my closet on the (2) two makeup cases, it is clear that she was stating she would return the item if I didn't cancel the "make an offer" saleThe buyer threatened to return the item and threatened "it would save both you and I a lot of trouble from returning it" (May at 6:pm); all parties involved KNOW that the only option for returning an order is if it arrives in a condition not as advertised, damaged, etcAfter this comment and others were left in my closet I contacted Poshmark and reported the threats and harassment from the buyer as well as the insinuations of returning the itemIn addition, I sent pictures taken of the item prior to shipping in order to show the condition of the caseComparing these picture provided by me and the picture taken after it was returned to me, it is clear to see that the item has been damaged beyond repair, as holes have been poked in both legs of the case, the case has been scraped and dented in quite a few places; dirtied/dusted up to feign and fabricate a bogus claim of damage and wear-and-tear/abrasionI have shown proof of this with pictures, emails, and comments of intent from the buyerI WANT MY MONEY FOR THE ITEM because of thisI can do nothing with this item on Poshmark as it is not new anymore but badly damaged.
