I purchased an item that arrived with large stains - was not stated so in the seller descriptionThey would not refund me for the item, only provided a $credit to their websiteThere is no reason why the seller, who wasn't truthful in their description should continue to profit and I have to spend additional money to remove the stainsWhen I reached out to the support team to work out a resolution, I could not get an answerI posted my complaint on social media only to be told they dont have access to order information but I should hear from someone on the support team within 24-hoursThat never happenedWhen I reached out again via social media I received the following message on February 2: "Please note that our FB team and our support team are completely separate and that reaching out to us on social media will not expedite our response, as our support team responds to emails in the order that they were receivedIf someone has not yet been in contact with you, a member of our support team should be with you shortlyThank you for your patience!"
My original complaint was submitted on February and I have not been contacted by the support team since the message above from the social teamThis is horrible customer service and will never do business with them again

I sold an item to a purchaser through the Poshmark app and have not been compensated for the item because I put extra insurance on the item because it is worth $and the item was only insured for $via the Poshmark labelI wrote Poshmark and advised that for order number*** the post office added a different tracking number to the packageThe new tracking number is: ***I requested that the purchaser be advised, and make sure that the order is updated with this information so that payment may be processed to me upon receiptUPS tracking says that the item was received by the purchaserPoshmark then cancelled the transaction because it claims that the item wasn't scanned in its system, and therefore, they thought it was never sentI notified them that the purchaser had received the item

the purse I purchased is not what it was advertised atthis purse I got is very very small, the ad did not say it was a little purse

I ordered a handbag that was advertised as an expensive *** *** brand made of leather and suedeThe item that was shipped to me appeared to be the bag in the ad picture, however, it is vinyl and faux suede and appears to be counterfeit as *** *** does not sell vinyl productsI followed the instructions provided on PoshMark website by emailing them via the website explaining the matter the day I received the item requesting instructions to return the item and a full refundI have not received any communication from them indicating that they were handling the matter and it's been over a weekI'm concerned as there is no way to speak to a customer service rep via phone and there has been no further communication

Our records show that a member of our Operations team updated the seller's email address on January 17th, 2018, and the seller was able to request a redemption of their earnings that same day
Due to this, we consider the case resolved

Zipper is sewn in backwards which is a factory defect but the description stated perfect condition

Their so called Posh Protect policy says items that returns are allowed if “Item is not authentic”.I have irrefutable photographic proof that a fake was sold yet they refused a returnThe product was likely a grey market product which are sold in small shops throughout ***This was evident because the size was more like a Small or Extra Small I own dozens of the same shirt with the exact same label (size-M, cut type-SLIM FIT, fabric descriptiIRON) which I bought from *** *** over the yearsThe collar on the copy was missing the distinctive black line on the inside and the tailoring was cheap (sewed without folding fabric)Despite having send photos of the genuine product to compare with photos of the fake, they refused to accept the return but simply suggested I donate the shirt to charity!

I use the Poshmark app to buy and sell itemsThey receive 20% of all profits from any sales I make as well as a flat fee of $for sales under $I have all positive reviews on this website with the exception of one person who's item was compromised in transit via USPSI recently sold an item for approximately $on their site, they took the fee of $2.95, which means I only made $I sold an item that was in excellent condition, no flaws, tears, rips, stainsThis website leaves the seller in charge of handling which also factors in a long drive to the post office to ship this item outSo basically I made no profit, which leads me to my complaintThis app has no moderator for reviews, so anyone can write whatever they want regardless of whether or not its true, false, slander etcThe person who I sold my item to has minimal activity on this app and has no items posted for saleA customer/recipient has business days to accept the item that was shipped to themI waited

This company does not have enough customer service helpI emailed over a week ago and was told there would be a response in hours and I’m still waitingThe “posh protection” is horrible, they don’t live up to what they advertiseI will NEVER purchase anything off this site again and I’m out $Buyer beware!
