I made a purchase weeks agoI have not received a confirmation of my purchase, any shipping information, or pure acknowledgementThe money was withdrawn from my bank accountThere's no contact information to check on the order status, only an email in which they never respond to

This is the WORST website I've ever encountered Numerous features did not work, and I attempted to get help from customer service NUMEROUS times I NEVER received a response I shop online regularly at high-end department stores and on sites like *** and ***--and on those sites, I've never had problems Do yourself a favor and AVOID POSHMARK!!

Poshmark is great...until you have a problemThere's absolutely no customer service or protection for its sellersWhen a recent customer experienced buyer's remorse she filed a complaint against me saying the item I sold her was a knockoffOf course I didn't know what the reason for the complaint was forHere's how it works: Poshmark only tells you that you that a case has been opened up against you and is in reviewYou can submit something in retaliation but the issue is you have no clue what their complaint is aboutIt was only AFTER they ruled in her favor that I discovered her reasoning for filing a claimWhen I contacted the team about the issue THIS was the response given to me verbatim:
Please note that when an item's authenticity is disputed, the seller must provide proof that it is authenticThis means that a receipt or proof of purchase must be submitted in order to verify your claim that it is authenticUnfortunately, because this was not given, we were forced to approve the returnIf you do not have the original receipt, we kindly ask that you have your item authenticated by a third partyIf you have an authentication certificate, you are welcome to re-list the itemThank you for understanding!

I couldn't believe itI guess you just have to throw everything at them when a claim is filed and hope that something can support your side of the dispute, unless the seller is kind enough to reach out to you firstBut let's face it, not everyone is so kindThe company takes 20% of your earnings but doesn't have the decency to set up a system similar to *** or ***, where disputes involve both parties??? The way it's set up, a seller can lie and easily get their money back after an item has been damaged or usedYou have to pray that the person isn't rotten enough to shred your item or neglect to return everything (both of which have happened to sellers)I implore anyone to simply ***: Poshmark Seller Complaints and see what comes upIt's absolutely deplorable! How they have an A+ with the Revdex.com is beyond meBtw, if you want to know what happened to my returnIt was clearly used and I do have a receipt for the top thankyouverymuch, but like I said in my email...you never bothered to ask

On September 26, Poshmark sent me an email and said they was sending my Louis Vitton bag back to me because the customer who purchased it didn’t like it so it’s been over months now and I have sent over emails asking where is my returned bagI told them over and over again that this is unacceptable and either own up to it and say you lost it and just pay me for it but they keep sending me these generic emails response which is annoying so I told them I’m taking the next step in filing a complaint

If a seller receives an item back after a return case was approved and believes that it is in a different state than originally shipped, they may contact our team directly and/or open a caseAccording to our dispute management team, an agent was last in contact with the customer on September 5th

I signed up for this service and because my roommate shared information with me they flagged my account as fraudulentThen when I tried to explain it they barely gave me a response, much less an apology due to what I believe is discrimination towards myself and my roommate sharing an address etcNow they are repeatedly failing to process my payments which result in my losing offers that include discounts and ruin my standing with the online communityOther sellers are going to think I’m a dead beat who cannot pay and won’t want to make offers to me because there are always payment issuesI have forms of valid payment that they are denying and no one will contact me to discuss getting helpi spoke to my bank and the accounts are not blocking the charges and they are adequate funds to cover the purchasesWhen I email, they just say they will get back to me in hours; which is conveniently when the offers expireThen they don’t address my issue and I have to send several more e

I have been a member of Poshmark for almost yearsDuring that time I have watched Poshmark's customer service go down hillI received an email from Poshmark saying my account was restricted indefinitely for "other"They removed all my listings and I was unable to buy or comment on anythingI emailed them asking why was my account restricted and it took 3-days before I got this response: "We have restricted your Poshmark account due to multiple suspicious activitiesIt appears there has been multiple incidents where you received empty packages or missing items but the other users have confirmed the correct items has been shippedFor these reasons, we are forced to disable your Poshmark account for further review." I have been using this app for a couple of years now and there are some great things about it but I think what really brings this app down more than other buying and selling apps is the shipping fee buyers have to pay and the commission fee sellers payThey take 20% from all sales and they claim its for shipping insurance and credit card fees but they have buyers pay for shipping and priority mail already includes insurance up to $and mostly everything I sell is below $I just dont think they should take that much out of it if they dont need to and I believe they dontI have contacted them several times about the commission fee but they always give me the same old answer which I still dont believe they need 20% from all salesThese people take money there are so many other apps you can sell on and I do poshmark basically just makes me extra cash I use a different app to make my main income, I sell jewelry online full timeI like Poshmark but the comission fee really does not go well with me and changes my view about the app and the people behind it .They need to lower the fee I mean they already have customers pay the almost $shipping fee! This app really can improve and be better but they refuse to lower the commission fee so therefore my review will always be one star for this money hungry company

I used Poshmark a few times with no issueThis last time I came across a seller advertising a Coach Poppy Series Tote bag for $I made an offer for $and she acceptedWhen I received my order it was NOT as advertisedIt is a TERRIBLE REPLICA but not only that, the seller left the $price tag attached on the inside of the bag ! I purchased an item which poshmark advertised "WOMEN DRESS MINI"not child's and I received a child's large which I compared to the brand's size chart as being a child's large (the label saysL/G =large girl's) NOT a women's largeThey refuse to let me return it and issue me a refund
