Regarding order ***, the user only reported the item could not be located after deliveryPlease note this does not qualify as a formal return claimAs stated within our policy, a user has days from date of delivery ( as stated by USPS ) to open/file a formal return claimThe user did not file a formal claim and as such, our system released funds to the seller on the 4th dayAdditionally the user is aware of our policy, as they have previously fled a claim on our appFor this reason, we consider the case closed

I have been trying to reach customer service at Poshmark for the last days with regard to a package that looks to be lostI sold an item to another person on October 5th, The value of the item dictated that the item first go to Poshmark authentication services, after which they would dispatch the authenticated item to the buyerI handed over the package containing the item on October 9, via day shipping (label provided by Poshmark)The item began travelling hroigh the USPS system on the same dayI continued to receive updates on the the package, it appeared to reroute once or twice and has finally now stopped tracking all togetherMy issue is that I've been trying to reach Poshmark to assist with this problem, and I'm getting no response from themAdditionally I've been in contact via Poshmark app with the buyer, who is also anxiously awaiting the item, but is growing impatient and frustratedMy last message to her is that I'm trying to reach Poshmark via ***

This company is a liaison for sellers and purchasers of used merchandise They are suppose to settle disputes between sellers and purchasers, they control the payments until the purchase has been accepted I had a problem and wanted to return an item, so I reached out to see how to make a return on 1/3/the reply indicates I should receive a response within hours I never received a response and have reached out approximately more times with no response I am completely frustrated by their professionalism and I would recommend being very careful before making a purchase
