I purchased a 2nd hand purse from PoshmarkI recognize that the product they sell is "gently" usedHowever, the purse I received was noticeably worn and the snap on the purse does not function properlyThis renders the item uselessI never would've purchased it, if the seller honestly stated the purse is brokenPoshmark denied me a refundI would like my money back

Our records show that this user had multiple accounts which was causing lconfusion and for them to be unable to access the correct email which is required to receive emails from PoshmarkA member of our Support team was able to correct the issue and manually change the email address on the
correct account.

I followed the rules, tried my best to be a good seller, now poshmark restricted me for NO reasonI got an email saying I have offline transaction activities, which I NEVER did!! It is very interesting that I got restricted right after I posted a list to warn the others about a SCAMMER who tries to scam me using pictures of purses she stole from other poshers!!! I have purchased a watch that was being sold on poshmark website by a seller and it was not as described on the site and the seller has asked me to return the watch to her but poshmark has refused to send me the return label and there policy states a refund will not be issued unless they send the return labelThe seller wants her watch return to her and I want my refund returned back to me that they are holdingThey will not return my numerous calls I have left or assist me with the returnI have also sent many emails and have sent a picture of the watch that needs to be returned and they are not assisting mePlease reach out to them with my complaint and hopefully they will send the return label I need to make my return to the seller and get my refund
