I purchased items that were clearly shown to be of appropriate length and sizeWhen I received them they were way too short and not even close to the description or the pictureWhen I tried to return these items I was basically called a liar by the seller and was told by this company that the seller didn’t do anything wrong and that I could not return the items even though my pictures clearly showed the clothes were not meant to be sold to people of US sizesThere is no way to talk on phone, they hide behind a computer and sent generic emails and messagesThey don’t care about the customer, they only want the bottom line, “money!” I will never shop with them ever again!!’

I sold a moncler coat for on Poshmark It was clearly listed size in pictures I sent it to the Poshmark concierge who approved size and quality with buyer Was then shipped to buyer who decided he did not like size after having my cost over a week I lost out on other sales and now after tag pulled up by concierge they are returning to me I tried contacting them they are unresponsive

On the following dates I emailed Poshmark regarding my balance of $I contacted Poshmark on 7-23,7-times on the 24th, 9/2,,9/29,9/30, & 10/times asking for my varacation code to be sent to my email so I could collect on my earnings of my sales that happened over various dates threwout the summerOn 10/I had finally had it & told them buy email that I was tired of hearing there many excuses from, “ please give us days - we need proof from you that you are who you say you are”Today 10/I noticed an email from them saying “ I have accounts & they have never received any requests from this email address requesting any money”BUT on 8/28/I contacted them & told them that I never received an order that I placed & they cancelled that order of $It was a order *** that was cancelled buy them on 8/I was notified buy email of this cancellation to the email in questionOn 10/I went directly into my Poshmark acc

Poshmark.com allow the buyer cancelled order and kept the merchandise so as a seller I lost my moneyI have email custumer service and been ignore completelyI am demand my money back

Poshmark approved a nefarious refund request based on color of itemClaiming my photo misleads the buyer of the colorI listed the colors as brown and tan they accepted a refund for the second time based on buyers ignoranceThis does not protect good sellers such as myself who do not mislead buyers and have a great selling record to prove itI lost and expensive pair of frye boots which were returned in mail to wrong address because the app doesn’t verify your return address and shipping address together in a transaction and the items were stolenI didn’t make the sale and I didn’t get back item to resellThey have no customer service So use with extreme cautionNow they take any and all refunds

I sold an authentic brand name clothing itemThey banned my account saying that he item was unauthentic and are attempting to charge me the price of the item to get my unbanned, not offering to return my item, even after I supplied all possible proof that my item is authentic

I ordered a pair of shoes over a week ago and the money was taken out of my accountNot only did the seller not ship this item, but they seemed to have deleted every item out of their closet as if they were trying to delete their account and disappearI have sent numerous support emails to the company and have yet to receive a response other than "We try to get back within hours but we are upgrading to a new email system" even their voicemail inbox is full on the customer service numberI even added a comment on my own profile with the seller tagged in it to try and get some responseI just want to know what's going on! Buyer purchased a pair of boots from me, they were as described, buyer was able to return them, but when they were returned, they were damaged, Poshmark approved the return
