I have a charge on my bank account for $*** from this company and I did not make itI had never heard of them until nowI contacted my bank but they can't do a charge back until?I have exhausted all of my available actionsI emailed them, I messaged them on Facebook, I posted on their *** page, and all I get back are automated repliesThey dont have phone supportI want my money back that I never spent in the first place but can't get any help from this company!

Poshmark; negative experience, coach bag ordered didn't even look like a real coach bag, it smelled, was overpricedOh well, stupid me ,will NEVER shop there again

Company in question stated a return policy as "must be disputed within hours of purchase," then after customer (self) contacted company in question within HOURS of receiving merchandise (Dansko multicolor clogs in size but what was actually delivered were Dansko black clogs in smaller size - both the wrong color and wrong size) delayed their response then changed the status of package to “Delivered” so that customer (myself) could not request a return or dispute/determine recourse even though seller agreed publicly that the item was indeed the wrong item and wrong sized itemSeller everydayweplay stated publicly that item was indeed the wrong itemEven so, Poshmark did not contact me and denied the claim after everydayweplay stated this publiclyThis is exceedingly poor customer service and directly violates Poshmark's stated return/dispute policy

I recently purchased two blouses from a sellerShe listed them as regular blouses, and since Poshmark has many different categories of tops (i.ecrop tops, button downs, camisoles, sweatshirts, etc), I took this to mean these were blouses with nothing out of the ordinary about themThe pictures also showed nothing out of the ordinaryI submitted an offer to the seller and she accepted
Upon receiving these blouses, it was quickly discovered that these items are CROP TOPS, and not blousesI immediately opened up a case with Poshmark, seeing as I ordered regular blouses out of the blouse section and not crop tops out of the crop top sectionI was told that I should have asked for measurements ahead of time, and that it was clearly a fit issue instead of the seller misrepresenting the item
Poshmark has categories for a reason, and I was not interested in crop topsThe seller marked them as blouses and did not provide any additional informationI should not have to ask for the length of every shirt seeing as there IS a section for CROP TOPS, and all items that fall into that length should be listed there or they are misrepresenting the items
Poshmark now refuses to refund my money, and continues to tell me that it's clearly a sizing issue and not a misrepresentation of these crop tops as regular blouses despite the fact that I've sent them pictures, measurements, etc

I ordered a pair of shoes which were marked Once I received the product and tried it on, it clearly was a faulty productI let Poshmark know and they denied my claimI will never use there service again

I put a ad on the site about my Gucci chocolate watch which was sent to the purchaser *** *** screen name *** which she received the watch which she never sent my money or watch back my phone had frozen so I was unable to print off the label but I did notify ma *** telling her I went to the post office & paid to get her watch to her in a timely matter three days which ma Leslie text me telling me she received the watch & she loved it & will be sending me the money which that was Aug 7-10-still never received either one my watch or my money

I recently sold some items through the app and when I shipped the package, I owed an additional $***I paid the difference but was confused and accidentally requested a second upgraded shipping label AFTER I had sent the packageI emailed the company right away and was just informed that they would not be refunding the additional shipping label, even though it wasn't usedI feel as though I'm being punished for making a mistakeI actually lost money with this transactionWhen Support did email me back, I was essentially told "too bad" and offered a $* credit when I lost over $**I again contacted Customer Support after the company's *** page advised me to but they have not responded and are ignoring my comments

This company is very careless about communicating with you on issues with your sellAs a seller you have zero protection and if something happens you have to wait weeks to get a responseThey send an automotive message saying that they will response as soon as hours but that is not the caseA lot of the times you are waiting weeks many even months to get a response and by then the issue doesn’t even matter anymoreThey lack communication and just don’t care as a companyThey also make huge mistakesI had a friend who sold a very experience bag and shipped it out the same day only for Poshmark to cancel the order next day and tell her not to ship it out when *** already had the shipmentShe has yet to hear anything back about her bagHorrible customer service

Complaint:***I am rejecting this response because:Poshmark falls back on this "unsupported" item claim when something goes wrong to avoid responsibility but has yet to address any of my questions or concerns--Like why they waited hours to cancel an unverified order that had been shipped several hours prior when they had flagged other orders almost instantly for unverified payment/addressAdditionally, Poshmark claims that the sale of Apple Watches is prohibited and yet they happily collected 20% from the sales of more than a hundred (there are A LOT more, I just stopped counting) and there are many currently listed for saleWhy? Because it is much more of a fashion accessory than just an "electronic"

My account was suspended due to a “counterfeit” listing of Swarovski crystalsI provided Poshmark with the receipt of the Swarovski crystals (which are 100% authentic) and they emailed and apologized and put my listing back up for saleHowever- my account is still suspended- I can’t buy, sell, comment, postI’m being punished for a crime I DID NOT commit
