I purchased a pair of pearl earrings from a seller & specifically asked her if they were gold as I'm allergic to silver earrings The seller said yes I received the earrings and they are clearly marked silver when you look at the earring stem through a jewelry loop The seller admitted she made a mistake I contacted Poshmark & then refuse to help me They are asking to take pictures of the silver mark I have tried and the stem of the earring is very small so it comes out blurry I sent the pictures as well as the a screen shot of the conversation between me and seller where she admits the mistake Poshmark will not help me I cannot get in touch with them via phone I want to return the earrings to seller and get my refund via Poshmark yet Poshmark will not help me

I ordered a Louis Vuitton wallets on July from posh marktoday, July I just received the product and it’s horribleItem is not accurate as described I contacted posh mark no phone number I email and it’s a robot I filed for my money back in the amount of time but there’s no human I want to return this and get my money back $plus shipping

poshmark is a good place to buy and sell your used or new stuff,until they blocked your account without any notification,they blocked my account suddenly without any notification, they usually block account if a buyer or seller raise a flag with any reason or with no reason, if a seller does not want to sell his or her item to any buyer then this buyer raise a flag or report item as fake or counterfiet, and poshmark moderate system take notice and block the sellers account,

I am afraid that I never get my moneyplease beware poshmark anytime restricted your account and if you have any balance in their account you will lose it, or if you spend money to buy any item you will also lose your money, there is no law for these compnies that people can get money from them, you can only contact poshmark by email, no other way to contact themso please beware

I sold a listing which the buyer used and then reported that it wasnt as described, poshmark took down the listing and sided with the buyer and froze the earnings from said listing until I was to recieve the item backThe item has not arrived to me I contacted posmark endlessly, they arent responded and have released the funds back to the buyerI have no earnings from the sale nor were my items returned back to meposhmark customer seevice is really horribleIts been weeks, I need to be reimbursed!

Sold a few items on the site and buyer has already rated with 4-star reviews but I'm yet to be paidThey owe me payout of $*** and $**Contacted their customer service but haven't received my deposit and it has been over a monthRidiculous for a site that charges 20% transaction feesIf you don't wish to pay the amount you owe me, please return my items
