This company is a cesspool of scam artists, and POSHMARK does nothing about itIn fact they take 20% off the top and when any issue arises they always settle with the buyer, which makes no sense! I sold a Louis Vuitton bag and the lady claimed it was a different bag then advertised, but it was the exact same item and could be verified by the date code! Another case of buyers remorse and POSH stood behind the buyer and not their star seller that has been with them for yearsThey allowed another buyer to return a Duffle because she started it was brown, when it's clearly a purple bag! All photos represented that, yet they refunded her moneyAnother lady said the bag she bought was too small and didn't pay attention to dimensions in the listing and again POSHMARK refunded her moneyIt's a big waste of time and energy trying to sell on this site!!! Posh involves some very shady practices, they say the confirm authenticity but never have the item shipped to confirm the accusation of the buyer, this is complaint #1, I will be submitting another complaint as I was wronged in another transactionOn this issue I sold an item that the buyer said was not "authentic" (a shirt), I did not list the shirt as "authentic", I simply said it was a Harley Davidson shirt as I cannot guarantee if I buy the shirt it is authentic nor is it my responsibility if the listing does not say anything about authenticity, the burden of proof is on the buyer to prove it is not authentic, all they did was make the claim, Posh did not have the item sent to them for authentication as their terms and conditions say they do they just allowed the return and gave me a black mark as a sellerI get an email saying they "show my item was returned" so they gave the lying buyer their money back, a week ago I emailed Posh and informed them I did not get the item, if the
