I purchased earrings from a retailer on poshmarkThe items were listed as NWT (new with tags) I did receive the earrings however they are clearly doctored by the sellerA gem was missing and was replaced with a black sequin and covered with black sharpie or black paintWhen I noticed I looked at the listing and if you zoom in super close you can see the small hole in the sequin on the listingI notified seller and she was defending herself and admitted the backs were replaced because they were rusty so they are not NWTWhen I notified poshmark about my experience and requested to get my money back for this fraudulent description of theses earrings I was denied they obviously didn't even look at my photos I includedWhen I responded I have been ignored by poshmark since!

I bought a wallet from them that was not as representedIt is all marked and stainedI went through the return process, plus have written to them with attached pictures with pleas to please notify how to proceed with returnI keep getting the run around

I ordered a coat on Poshmark I made an offer, it was accepted and that was that, greatI later noticed, unbeknown to me that my daughter had made offers in my phone! They were accepted and the money was debited from my card! I tried every possible way to contact Poshmark to cancel those orders Because they had been made by a minor who was not authorized to order anything or charge on my debit card My card company refunded two of the coats to my debit card they said they’d have to look into the third, I checked in the morning and Poshmark had debited those amounts again! I tried to call them, you can’t talk to a live person, you have to leave a message, l notified them by email of the issue and they totally disregarded it, all they want is the moneyThey don’t rate any stars, but I had to give them at least one to place this review

I've used Poshmark for many years and really enjoyed my experience at first because sometimes you really do get great deals on items that are old season and not sold in stores anymore and are new things to add to your closetHowever my issues started when I became a seller instead of a buyerThat's when problems and issues started occurringThe first incident involved when I was selling a pair of bootsI did mention it had been previously worn, but was still wearable for future uses and had photographic evidence before it was shipped out of it and evidence of several people who did help me ship out the boots that they don't recall something ever being wrong with itHowever the customer ended up returning on grounds that "it was not as described" and sent in evidence that there were stains and the heel was brokenI sent in photograph proof that there was no way the heel was broken before and I had two people who remembered seeing it in fine shapeThere was another incident where I was selling a backpack and described it as having been worn many times which pictures includedSomeone bought it but ended up arguing on claims of stains which they zoomed in on this tiny barely noticeable stain that only would be seen if you were really really looking for somethingHowever in both instances Poshmark sided with the customersSo be wary that sometimes customers can purposely damage your goods to hopefully get their money back and file it under as "damaged item" or purposely try to find any small reason to get their money backIt's just so irritating for sellers because it takes time out of our schedules to ship things out and prepare the packages just to have it sent backIt was a really aggravating experience to say the least because the only way to contact customer service is through email and it took absolutely forever to ever get a response backI had to email about three times before someone finally replied and she barely answered my questions and concernsI find that happening frequently when you email them for any customer supportMaybe they should work on a better system on that? I don't knowNext incidents involve sometimes having buyers really talk down on you rudelyThere was an incident where I had a buyer purchase a mystery box of random things for only ten dollars that would include variety of things that I was looking to size down my wardrobe and belongings including items from top brandsI included a note in there that was handwritten with a list of all the things she would be gettingI handpicked all of these items that I spent in total well over dollarsitems that probably costed more than dollars original priceI wrapped it very nicely and yet she claimed she never received one of the items and was quite rude about it.Then following incidents involved when I was on vacation (out of the country) and several people ended up purchasing itemsI barely had wifi connection and yet I still told them I was out of town but will ship immediately when I got backThey all said it alright and yet in the end a good portion of them ended up being impatient and canceling the order resulting in strikes against my accountIt's absolutely aggravating and my account was suspended due to "unshipped items" It seems even when you're in contact with buyers, you really do get duped as shippersFurthermore poshmark really does a HUGE percentage off of your earnings that it's really not even worth it sometimesAnd for buyers the disadvantage is the ridiculous cost of shippingI remembered when it was around dollars maybe and it seems like they slowly keep increasing the shipping costsOverall, I really do think you're better off being a buyer on this app (if you can handle the outrageous shipping)Anyone who wants to be a seller on this app should be wary of the buyers, poshmark being very biased towards buyers instead of sellers, poor customer service, and the large percentage they take off of your earningsThere really are better buy/sell apps out there

I purchased an expensive item 8/25/**There is no indication that the seller has shipped it to Poshmark Headquarters (which is their policy)I have emailed Poshmark support multiple times and only get standard answers, saying the seller has a week to ship the item, to contact the seller, etcThe only way to contact the seller is through a comment on the listingI have done this multiple times with no responseThere is no phone number to contact PoshmarkI feel like I am being scammed

Not being able to talk to someone is frustratingOne item I purchased arrived, the other did not I’ve been back and forth trying to rectify the missing package I finally got them to send tracking number so I could deal with my local post office who ended up being in the wrong We get our mail at central postal areas for our section and evidently the substitute worker did not leave key in my box for parcel box and someone took and returned it to sender Right now it has been at the Cincinnati post office since the 9th I am trying to see if Poshmark can just have the seller resend it It is a Vera Bradley handbag in a discontinued style Very frustrating as it takes so long This was my first experience and probably my last Do better with eBay

We have communicated with our Operations team and they have noted responding in an email on *** 16th stating that there was a stall in our redemption systemThey resolved the issue and the redemption was sent within 2-days of that time

I ordered a jacket from Poshmark on 10/18/A few days later I reached out via email and was informed that they allow the seller days to ship the productExactly days later and almost everyday since, I have been emailing Poshmark to inform them that I haven't received as much as a notification that the item has been shippedIt is now 10/and emails later and Poshmark has just completely ignored meThe money was taken from my card immediately and now that they have my money I'm being ignoredOrder ID ***

Poshmark is doesn’t not take care of their customersI had mentioned to them that the seller had lied on their adTo make matters worse they responded with an automated responseThey have no communication available aside from an email they are “transitioning” or the phone that has a voicemail that has been “filled”

TERRIBLE! I bought pairs of jeans, I combed the listings to make sure I was buying something that fit the description at a fair price Of the three pairs of jeans two people lied significantly about the jeans and posted creative pictures to hide their lie One pair was worn by someone so much that the thighs had HUGE holes in the crotch area where thighs had rubbed through The second was a pair of men's jeans She clearly stated they were 32" inseam, they arrived, TAG says 30" There's no return policy, you have to file a complaintWhen I filed a complaint with pictures, the seller told Poshmark I was scammer and the picture was not of the tag from the men's jeans she sold me I will NEVER use the website again, and I will forever let everyone I know about my experience Stick with a site that backs the buyer, there are alot of horrible people out there, and most of them sell on Poshmark

Today my account was hackedThe hackers changed my account information and password and then proceeded to initiate a fund transfer out of my account into their bank accountThere is no option for me to cancel this transferDespite marking that I did not change my password or email address when prompted by an automated email from Poshmark there has not been another email from Poshmark allowing me to recover my accountThey have also NOT reached out to me in any way today beyond that initial automated emailAfter posting on their social media accounts I only then saw that this is a widespread issue as many other members have taken to social media to voice their concerns as this is their only recourse due to the lack of communication from PoshmarkDespite a reply from their social media reps, I still have no email from their support team, no phone number to call for support, recourse for securing my account, and no recourse for recovering the money that was stolen from my accountW

This was about my fourth time making a purchase from Poshmark***I purchased a Prada sunglasses based on the pictures and description because this purchase is done online, I was not able to see the productThe same day the sunglasses arrived, I noticed that it was not as describedThe seller took pictures of the entire glasses except the outside of the glasses where the Prada sign is fadingThe D in the word Prada was completely not visibleI notified Poshmark immediately based on their policy and submitted supporting pictures that were clearly legibleI did not know that they sent me two emails requesting additional pictures of the defect which would be the same side of the glasses that I had already submittedI had to submit my return request on Poshmark website and was checking everyday for the result and only saw that the case was pendingWhen I checked two days ago, I noticed that it said the product was deliveredThat was when I found out that they had sent me some emai
