I have used this company for less than a month, and had over eight hundred dollars in sales plus over sixty pending listings (most of which I had offers for) plus spent nearly five hundred in in-app purchasesOn Monday, all of my listings were deleted and pending sales/purchases cancelledPoshmark gave me no explanation of why, so I had to research online to find out my account had been restrictedI contacted Customer Support (online, since they dont offer phone customer service like a reputable business would) on Monday and rec'd only a system generated reply that I would get a response in hoursNow, Thursday evening, I have rec'd no replies despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, social media, and the app itselfI have lost money in sales plus had my account debited for purchases they cancelled

Poshmark does not support any form of layaway, trades, or deals made outside of our processesIf an item has not been purchased through the platform we cannot support the exchange
In addition, we have attached screenshots of the harassment referenced toWe also have record of multiple additional accounts being opened with usernames such as ***, ***, and ***As such, reinstatement will not be offered.
Due to this, we consider the case resolved

I've made three purchases and all of them have been a sham, item never as describedI have written to their customer support team with no responseAfter the 3rd sham purchase I am fed upThey have no customer support number, unlike Ebay which has times the amount of customersNever shopping there again! Recently, I started selling on their siteLast month, I sold a rare item to a woman in San FranciscoWhen she received the item, she claimed it was brokenThe pictures she provided, I could see that it was not my item, and I also had uploaded photos to prove that the item wasn't mine, nor what I had sent herThey still gave her a refundI do have bipolar, bpd, and PTSD, and I overreacted a little, but apologized and uploaded further proof to state my caseIn return from Poshmark, I got generic responses of my oversights in this saleThe lady flat out stole from me and I can't get anythingmore than a computer generated responseI opened a case when the lady did send the item back, which Poshmark didn't even acknowledgeThese people also refuse yo even list what to do in instances like theseI thought I had everything to protect myself, phoyos of the item before it was shipped with the packaging and item, yet, it wasn't even reviewedI feel absolutely violated

I've used Poshmark for many years and really enjoyed my experience at first because sometimes you really do get great deals on items that are old season and not sold in stores anymore and are new things to add to your closetHowever my issues started when I became a seller instead of a buyerThat's when problems and issues started occurringThe first incident involved when I was selling a pair of bootsI did mention it had been previously worn, but was still wearable for future uses and had photographic evidence before it was shipped out of it and evidence of several people who did help me ship out the boots that they don't recall something ever being wrong with itHowever the customer ended up returning on grounds that "it was not as described" and sent in evidence that there were stains and the heel was brokenI sent in photograph proof that there was no way the heel was broken before and I had two people who remembered seeing it in fine shapeThere was another incident where I was selling a backpack and described it as having been worn many times which pictures includedSomeone bought it but ended up arguing on claims of stains which they zoomed in on this tiny barely noticeable stain that only would be seen if you were really really looking for somethingHowever in both instances Poshmark sided with the customersSo be wary that sometimes customers can purposely damage your goods to hopefully get their money back and file it under as "damaged item" or purposely try to find any small reason to get their money backIt's just so irritating for sellers because it takes time out of our schedules to ship things out and prepare the packages just to have it sent backIt was a really aggravating experience to say the least because the only way to contact customer service is through email and it took absolutely forever to ever get a response backI had to email about three times before someone finally replied and she barely answered my questions and concernsI find that happening frequently when you email them for any customer supportMaybe they should work on a better system on that? I don't knowNext incidents involve sometimes having buyers really talk down on you rudelyThere was an incident where I had a buyer purchase a mystery box of random things for only ten dollars that would include variety of things that I was looking to size down my wardrobe and belongings including items from top brandsI included a note in there that was handwritten with a list of all the things she would be gettingI handpicked all of these items that I spent in total well over dollarsitems that probably costed more than dollars original priceI wrapped it very nicely and yet she claimed she never received one of the items and was quite rude about it.Then following incidents involved when I was on vacation (out of the country) and several people ended up purchasing itemsI barely had wifi connection and yet I still told them I was out of town but will ship immediately when I got backThey all said it alright and yet in the end a good portion of them ended up being impatient and canceling the order resulting in strikes against my accountIt's absolutely aggravating and my account was suspended due to "unshipped items" It seems even when you're in contact with buyers, you really do get duped as shippersFurthermore poshmark really does a HUGE percentage off of your earnings that it's really not even worth it sometimesAnd for buyers the disadvantage is the ridiculous cost of shippingI remembered when it was around dollars maybe and it seems like they slowly keep increasing the shipping costsOverall, I really do think you're better off being a buyer on this app (if you can handle the outrageous shipping)Anyone who wants to be a seller on this app should be wary of the buyers, poshmark being very biased towards buyers instead of sellers, poor customer service, and the large percentage they take off of your earningsThere really are better buy/sell apps out there

I have been notifying poshmark about not receiving a return for over a week nowThey asked me to wait until the 18th in which I did and informed them that I still have not recieved any word backThey are more than willing to respond immediately when its anything but a complaintI have been contacting them numerous times via email, social mediaIm also noticing a lot of other people not getting responses from them as well and complaining about it via social mediaThis is the second time ive had an issue with them and it took them until I made server actions for them to respondI shouldn't have to continuously contact them if I have an issueTheir system says they get back to you within hours and its been over hours since I first contacted them confirming I still have-not gotten my packageI need an answer immediately

This company is so wrapped up in creating red tape that it allows chaos and harassment to its users.example: no phone contact for any reason- customer assistance, problems, harassing/ bullying , everything is via email- with robo generated replyDays later another generic email, nothing is usually resolvedAnother instance- other poshmark members authentic listing without knowledge- reported listings show up in your news feed asking if you think it’s true or false, these are real reported listings, on random items that some people have NO KNOWLEDGE of the brands, they answer however they wantAlso mentally unstable and also anonymous person randomly keeps reporting my authentic listings , creating ALOT of problems and wasted time on my end, clearly out of spite for not accepting a $offer I assume- allowing this person to do this numerous times a week- There should be an automatic block from this person after two times for our own safety since we obviously don’t know who it is to d

I placed an order On August I noticed that the shipping address for my item was incorrect and contacted the seller immediatelyI have not received a response since then in order to correct the shipping address for my itemI have reached out to the seller on multiple occasions with no resultsI have already spoken to US PS on multiple occasions and the item has been refused by the post office and is on its way back to the sellerWithout hearing from Poshmark, I have no way of knowing when my item will be reshipped or when I will receive it
