I've encountered an error on the Poshmark website and android app that will not allow me to redeem my earnings via direct deposit or paper checkI've reached out to Poshmark customer support to resolve the issue on March 27, I've provided screen shots of the error that I receive, but I'm being asked to provide my bank account information via email which I do not think is smartI've since requested a paper check for my money and I've inquired about having my money sent via PayPal (which they have done before)Poshmark has not responded and will not provide an update

I purchased shoes on poshmark.com, for 650$, the first issue I had was there is no way to contact customer service by phone, which raised a red flag, the shoes finally ship, and I receieve them, the shoes are not authentic, the shoes has the sole coming up, and there is wear and tear amd marks, in the description of the shoes it specifically says, never worn, no marks or anything, which was a lieso I took pictures sent them to poshmark followed there return procedure, I was offered a dollar credit, I refused that, I dont want any used worn shoes if that was the case I would have purchased used shoes from the site, so then they offered me a dollar credit which I refused, because again these shoes were not worth the dollars that I spentToday I get an email stating they will not honor my return and I have to settle with the dollar credit, no that's not what I want, I want a full refundIt takes days to get a response this is the worst customer service ever, now I am out

I’m a seller on PoshmarkWhen you get a sale they send you a USPS label and it’s up to you to get the package to the post officeWell, USPS seems to have lost my shipment — it’s not showing as ever scanned in the first place — so I notified Poshmark of thatThey sent me the following emailYou should know that when I had trouble tracking a previous shipment and I asked them whether I should insure my shipments, and who was responsible for lost packages, I was assured that they take care of all thatTechnically, they are the shipper, since they generated the labelWell, apparently, poshmark doesn’t keep to their wordHere’s the email:
“We are sorry to hear that your package has not begun tracking for orderIt looks like the package has not been scanned into the mailstream by USPSThis typically happens when:
There is delay with USPS and the tracking will be updated after a few days
The wrong label is used for the package, i.ean older label or non-Poshmark label
The package has been temporarily misplaced by USPS
The item has accidentally not been shipped and is still lying around
We kindly ask that you check around your house and with your local post office to see if the package is still thereIf tracking does not update by Tuesday, April 17, please let us know.”
So, in other words, it’s up to me to resolve this? And two of the assumptions are that I am an it and either forgot to mail the thing or I used the wrong label? And I have to wait a full WEEK for them to even look into this? This is a two-day priority mailing I’m talking g aboutIt’s lost of it doesn’t show up in two days, right?

SCAMMERS! Their “posh protection” guarantee states that if an item is received and it is not as advertised they will refund your money and assist with the return processThis couldn’t be farther from the truth!

After having a horrible experience with Poshmark's customer service I decided to give them another try, which I deeply regretI sold another item on their site, printed the shipping label, packed it up nicely and brought it directly to my local post office on Monday, May 1stI went on Poshmark's site and click the "I shipped it button." The next day I check the status and it still said "waiting to be scanned by ***." To ensure everything went smoothly I called the Post Office who told me that they were experiencing "technical difficulties" and that their computer's were down and that they were closed and no packaged were able to be scannedI explained to them that if the package I sent out was not scanned, my payment will not be releasedI asked them if they had any proof that I could send to Poshmark and they said YESI went there the following day and picked up two pages on proof which only the Post Office had access too and they printed it out on their certified paperI immed

I have been a buyer and seller on this website for about years now I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Poshmark Unlike other platforms, Poshmark does have both a seller and buyer protection policy I have benefited from both since I do buy ALOT and also sell As a buyer, they have refunded me funds for items I received and were not as described and as a seller they have protected me when not so honest buyers want to get a way with doing things that are not honest I truly recommend this app to sell or buy and do recommend you follow their guidelines strictly Only when you don't follow the guidelines is when you come across issues like the ones I've been reading here Almost % of the negative reviews are due to people not following their guidelines
