I have been using Poshmark for 1/years and they have always responded to me if I had any problem with a orderI have only had bad experience with a item that the seller had told me it was Authentic and it was notBy reading these reviews here online it does not look like people are aware that there are many scammers that will take advantage of youIf you order an item over Poshmark will have it shipped directly to them to make sure it is AuthenticIf you are going to buy on Poshmark then look at the sellers reviews and that will tell you if that person that you should be buying from

I bought a designer bag for $, they guaranteed its authenticity and was sent to meHowever the bag had a lot more wear than described or actually than the seller’s pictures showed (I had asked the seller to disclose a couple more pics that showed the wear but did not disclose everything) Also, there was a lack of puffiness, not mentioned eitherI did not Accept the item , asked for a return and a refund sending them pictures proving my pointThey came back twice asking whether I would accept some Posh credit and keep the bagI gently refused , they increased the amount giving me supposedly a choice, I refused again sending more detailed pictures and explaining my caseThey came back days later with the decision (even though they gave me a choice) that I just had to keep the credit and the bag, because....the seller described the item accurately (!) advising me to ask more questions from sellers in the future !!!
Honestly I felt scammed , ridiculous return policy, this is an example of doing all the right things , disclosing all proof and still being treated poorlyNeVeR buying from that site again!

I placed an order based on the description it’s a crossbody bag but when I received the item it was actually a camera bag so I did my research and found all other sellers on Poshmark, Well known website has it under the right name camera bag also the seller didn’t mention the dimensions in the ad, it was in the comments which noway I can rwaf all the buyers questions to find the dimensions so based on Poshmark return policy if item wasn’t as described I can open a case, return the item and get my money back but here we go those thieves won’t accept my return, charged me for the itemI won’t deal with this business again

I purchased a couple of items from this site, both within minutesMy birthday was around the corner and I wanted a couple of new color dressesI say that because I have so many different colors but none in the the two that I foundSpecifically, BEBE dressesI paid, got my items on Thurs and FriThe hot pink came, was totally authentic, real tags, real everything and looked just like the other Bebe dresses in my closetI have white, cobalt blue, black, and used to have this beautiful red but it sold out and the one I had was too stubbly to wear so I retired itSo I found hot pink and red FINALLY after a long time of looking for this colorI was sooo excitedAnyway, pink camePerfect, felt the same, tags the same, etcThe "red" was cheap feeling, had tags other than anything I'd ever seen from Bebe, etcThe item is clearly fakeI immediately did not "accept" the red but accepted the pinkI opened a complaint immediatelyI sent pics, and was asked to send moreDid that and then after days, got a reply saying basically that the item is authenticI can't believe they'd ignore that evidenceAnyway, so I lost my money, which isn't a lot but it's the principleLost my money, my time, and I am super disappointed in the experience overallAfter multiple emails, I'm still being told that the item is legit which is a lieAnyway, DO NOT buy from this siteScammers

I sold an item on *** * and shipped a few hours laterThat evening Poshmark canceled the orderI emailed right away and just today received an inadequate response where it is clear my email was not even readI was told that Poshmark canceled the order because the buyer is being investigated and it was for my protectionUnfortunately the item was shipped and if Poshmark wants to protect other users than she shouldn't be allowed to use the platform while that happensI am out the product and money and the email response I received was tantamount to 'tough *** as there was no apology or crediting my accountAs it stands, Poshmark is complicit in this theft, and it should be noted this buyer has knowingly not paid for something and not made an attempt to rectify the situation

poshmark is a good place to buy and sell your used or new stuff,until they blocked your account without any notification,they blocked my account suddenly without any notification, they usually block account if a buyer or seller raise a flag with any reason or with no reason, if a seller does not want to sell his or her item to any buyer then this buyer raise a flag or report item as fake or counterfiet, and poshmark moderate system take notice and block the sellers account,
I was in middle of my purchase which payment is confirmed by poshmark in my email, they blocked my account, no I am try to reach poshmark service by my email, but they are not responsing my e mails, what about my money which I spent? what about my money which I earn by sold some items and they are on their way to deliver, how do I get my money from poshmark,

I am afraid that I never get my moneyplease beware poshmark anytime restricted your account and if you have any balance in their account you will lose it, or if you spend money to buy any item you will also lose your money, there is no law for these compnies that people can get money from them, you can only contact poshmark by email, no other way to contact themso please beware

They removed my account from their website after I filed a dispute with my bank because I paid for a product that I did not receiveI still have yet to recieve my refund from them and its been almost a monthThe seller did not send my jewelry so I want a full refund or I will file a civil suite

My fist issue started when I ordered an item and never received itI was hoping shipping was just delayed, but the item never cameI contacted the seller multiple times and never heard backI contacted poshmark and did not hear back for weeksEven though the seller was clearly active, she did not respond or sell my item, yet her shipping time did not changeNow my poshmark account has been suspended, all my listing are goneI spent hours taking pictures and writing descriptions for these listingsI contacted customer service, and again, no responseI'm very upset with this practice

I joined Poshmark in August to make some extra money since I just lost my jobI recently had a transaction with the user "myayang" regarding Order ***She purchased the shoes on Sept 15, and received them on Sept 20, On Sept 22, she open a case claiming the "Item is broken/damaged/stained." On my Poshmark storefront, you can see the shoes are NWT, in excellent condition, never worn, and free of any marks or stainsAs stated by a recent Revdex.com complaint from a Poshmark seller, "Poshmark has been negligent in doing anything to appropriately protect the seller and actually indirectly encourages buyers to damage items received that they may not like or fit, etc as their Refund Policy states." It is obvious the buyer purposefully damaged their brand new shoesIt makes no sense why a seller would ship an item that is not accurate to the pictures to a buyer and expect them to be okay with itAs the seller, I have just received the now damaged

On September 20th I made a sale on Poshamrk for a bloodmilk mini nyx necklaceOrder Id *** This necklace RETAILS for $not even including tax and shippingI sold this necklace, on the 20th making $On September 23rd, the buyer opened a case against me claiming the necklace was not in the box she also stated that the sode was lose and opened, which was NOT the way I had shipped itIt was sealed sufficiently prior to my shippingTHEN on september 25th I received an email stating that the order was cancelled and not to ship the itemI ALREADY SHIPPED IT AND THE BUYER RECEIVED IT!!!! I am disappointed to file this complaint as I tried to resolve with Poshmark, but I have no other optionI purchased a piece of jewelry via Poshmark and it was sent to them for authenticationPoshmark mailed the item to me via USPS with signature confirmation (as they always do)USPS did not obtain my signature and looks like the forged my signature as I was not in town the entire weekend this was supposedly deliveredNow I am out of and no ringPoshmark has told me to just wait till this sorts it self out but won’t take responsibly or action to do anythingI have spent countless hours talking to USPS as Poshmark (as seller and shipper) has refused to doThey don’t have a phone number to contact them so email is the only way to communicateI sometime have waited up to three days to get a response to my email
