Terrible customer serviceExtremely unhelpful, unresponsive, and there is not even a phone number to call! Will not be using this service again

I am a seller on the Poshmark selling siteI have complied with their selling policies and items I sold were shipped and received by the buyers who despite the correct measurements being given in the listing do not want to pay and Poshmark is withholding my paymentTheir policy is that there are not returns unless the item is not as describedThe buyers refuse to show photos of the items with a tape measure to prove the sizeAfter hours the policy of Poshmark is to release fundsThey will not update me on the status of these sales or give me any reason after almost a week that they are not releasing my fundsThis is a horrible way to do businessI have been on eBay since and they have always fairly taken care of every issueI want my funds released
