I purchased a dress through Posh mark that was falsely advertised and arrived damaged and stainedAccording to Posh Marks website I should have been covered under their "Posh Promise" This company did not uphold their refund policy and let their seller keep my moneyPosh Mark allowed the seller to harass me and blame me for the damaged dressI have never dealt with such terrible customer serviceThe dress was so bad that I could not even wear itI provided the company with pictures showing the damage, stains and proof the dress did not arrive as advertised yet they still did nothing for me as a customerThe seller advertised a once wore dresses, clean in good conditionIt was dirty, smelly, armpit stained and food stains all over the dressSomething has to be done because people don't deserve to be treated this way Posh Promise (directly from their site) You are protected every time you make a purchase on PoshmarkWe will give you a full refund if your item never ships or does

Posh mark has delivered on my expectations as a seller and I am happy with themHowever I had an experience with group bullying by one posh seller, a Registered Nurse, a Mother and wife who has used her Insta*** account to further the bullying and harassmentI had reached out to posh mark support with screenshots and proof to receive a reply it will be investigatedIt’s been a week and no further contactIf posh cannot control what a user does on Insta*** then they can delete them from posh, that would show users loud and clear the Poshmark has a zero tolerance towards online harassmentI love Poshmark but it is not an *** or *** as far as sales revenue!

I ordered a pair of NYDJ from PoshmarkOne pair appearedIt wasn't the one I ordered and it reeked of cigarette smokeI never placed an order for these jeans, they just appearedA few days later, I received another pair of NYDJsAlthough labeled as a size 6, they were too bigPoshmark has no clear instructions for making returns, and I was told by the seller that Poshmark will not accept returns for wrong sizesI was charged for two pairs of pants, one I never even ordered and one that is too bigThey do not have any customer satisfaction dept, and the only thing I received from them was an email that told me not to reply to this email because it was automated

Poshmark has ZERO support other than generic emails that never address the real issueYou send an email to wait hours MINIMUM to get am email back with a response that doesn't address your issuesThere is no other way to contact anyoneThey give you the run around for sureI've been selling with Posh for over years nowRecently, one of my sales was accepted by the buyer and somehow I was only credited a partial amount of my earningsI'm not talking about the cut they take, which is ridiculous, but truly they did not give me the full amount of my fair earningsI've emailed them multiple times and they have so far just given me the usual generic run around emails in responseThese guys seriously fail their sellersIt's hard not to believe they're crooks, fully aware of the way they're doing business at this pointI will be shutting my closet down as soon as I get the rest of my money from themDon't let the name fool you, they are anything but Posh

I had a buyer on april 1st make a purchase from me the buyer stated it was not as described and wish to return it after a long back and forth process postmark did side with the buyer the item was returned on 4/as a empty box postmark asked if there was a issue with returnI reported yes seeing there was in doing so they shut down my account I have a police report and a claim from the post office proofing my claim is correct and I get penalized for telling the truthplease also note they did not contact of the shut down I had to email them about it

I made a purchase and after tried canceling because it's a counterfeit item I relaizedI have tried several times to get to contact poshmark with non response

The seller did not
respond with the requested photos and because the seller used stock photos, we were unable to determine the condition of the item prior to the return
Due to this we consider the case resolved, as the seller has received their item back

A green cashmere sweater was stated as a size M NWOTThe sweater I received was a shrunken sweater that would fit a toddlerI even took pictures of the sweater (across chest was inches)Poshmark stated that I should have asked for measurements when I have always ordered a size M from ebay and elsewhere without any problemsThe product never stated it was a child's size sweaterIt was falsely advertised as a woman's sweaterA chest measurement of inches is not a woman's MediumA chest measurement of inches should be the minimum

Poshmark suspended my account without warning or valid reasonI have been both a buyer and seller on Poshmark without any issues or complaintsWhen I asked the reason for my account being suspended I was told that one of my accounts (I’ve only ever had one) was previously suspended (not true) and there was a match detected between that account and my current oneI HAVE ONLY EVER HAD ONE ACCOUNT!!! When I tried to sort this out with customer service they just send me the same email responseThe account they are referring to that they say was previously suspended looks to be my daughter’s account which I’ve never used nor has she used my accountAnd even though Poshmark is saying that account is suspended, my daughter is still able to buy/sell and I am not! I’ve done nothing wrong (nor has my daughter) and furthermore they told me that in order to reinstate my account I would need to send them my driver’s license # and information! Don't sell on this App/Website This company lets seller's decide if they want to pay you or test your item and then return it at no cost to the buyer I made the mistake of selling a high price item on PoshmarkI had to wait a week before I heard the buyer wasn't happy and I wasn't getting paid for my itemNow I am to want to see if the buyer decides to sent back my actually item or something else? I signed up with this company and sold a pair of Lucky Jeans to a customer they received them months ago but Poshmark will not release my funds they kept my moneyI want my money for these they are mine I sold them
