The buyer did not send additional photos until March 28thBecause the photos were not submitted within the allotted timeframe, the case no longer qualifies for a return
Although the order no longer qualifies for a return/refund, after further conversation with the buyer in early April, on April 10th we requested that the buyer provided photo proof of the size marked on the item itself so that we may do our best to further assist them
