I have contacted the customer and the complaint was resolved on March 26, 2015.

I believe that PNC has satisfactorily resolved...

this situation from  their end.  However, it is my recommendation that the Revdex.com investigate [redacted] and [redacted] and their conduct. It is my belief that those two companies work together to steal money from their customers. I am highly intelligent and recognize these attempts, and I will fight for what is right, but there are many who don't know how  to proceed and never report this theft. A large utility corporation stich add comed can't be allowed to think they can steal from their customers and MUST be shown that this will not be tolerated or allowed.  I have reviewed the response made by PNC in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me for PNC, but not for [redacted] or [redacted].

I received confirmation from Mr. [redacted] today that he did receive the direct deposit last night at his financial instituation.

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on Oct. 16, 2014 and PNC has refunded all of my monies they had taken from my account under the disingenious
"maintenance fees & paper statement fees". 
So, the financial portion has been satisfactory.  The Revdex.com was helpful and I express my gratitude for your prompt response.

PNC Bank received the complaint for Ms. [redacted] on October 23, 2014. We have evaluated the information and spoke to client to address his concerns.  Mr. Herms loan account was set up for auto-pay through CLC.  A payment was received by PNC Bank in the amount of $610.00 on...
