The complainant’s account is labeled as a preferred account
but the orders placed on the account have gone back and forth between retail
and preferred pricing since the accounts creation on 3/5/2015. I am not sure
how this was possible and I do not believe that the complainant
intended set up the auto-shipment that resulted in orders [redacted] and [redacted].
Both order have been refunded today. Please allow 3-5 business days before
these funds reflect into the complainant’s account. Please do not return either
of these orders. Please let me know if you need anything further.

Plexus Worldwide Preferred Customers are now able to visit plexus.myvoffice.com to register their preferred customer accounts and log in to manage their own auto shipments. Canceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer account.
The complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 11/20/2015 to request that future monthly auto shipments be canceled.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 12/15/2015 has been refunded, $116.50.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 1/15/2016 has been refunded, $129.00.

Plexus refunded only two of the orders. I've contacted them about the third one in the amount of $139.00, but as seems to be their protocol, they have not responded to my emails. Do I need to file another complaint with the Revdex.com?Thank you,[redacted]

100% not happy with this company. I ordered the product and used it for a couple of weeks but it caused migraines for me. So I asked to cancel the recurring order and it was never cancelled even though it was within my first 15 days. I have called multiple times and the phone number is not in service. I have sent multiple emails and no one has responded. I may have to get a new credit card number because I can't be sure that they won't try to send me another order. Totally unsatisfied.

As previously mentioned Plexus Worldwide works to ensure all of our products and their associated claims can be scientifically substantiated, and are in accordance with all state and federal regulations. For more information regarding our products and the claims made by Plexus Worldwide please visit [redacted] The complainant will see that nowhere on the official company website does Plexus make any direct or indirect claims that our products can be used to diagnose, treat or cure any psychological disorders. Plexus Ambassadors are prohibited from making any claims that have not been scientifically substantiated. If an ambassador is found to have violated our policies regarding product claims their account will be suspended or terminated. The Plexus Worldwide has a full team dedicated to monitoring and enforcing company policies. Should the complainant have more details regarding a possible policy violation, such as a medical claim, they can submit this information to the Compliance department at [redacted] or [redacted] Once this information is received we would be happy to work directly with the complainant to ensure their concerns are resolved. Do not sign up for reoccurring orders or expect customer support. They do not answer emails, answer or return phone calls, or answer Facebook messages. The password on my account was changed without my knowledge. I emailed over and over and called. I was placed on hold for over an hour once and left messages that were never returned on several other occasions. I was not able to get a password reset and have not been able to get in to cancel a recurring order/membership. I have been trying to contact someone with the company for 3 weeks. If you want plexus products, order via amazon or another retail dealer. DO NOT order or sign up on the Plexus website.
