Policies and Procedures all ofour Ambassadors follow.It is our responsibility to adhere to these Policies andProcedures therefore, I am unable to grant the complainants request to refundthe order outside of this policy. I have copied the section of the Policies andProcedures pertaining to the Ambassador return policy below for reference. Section 6.L.3 - Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:Ambassadors: Ambassadors may return product for a fullrefund upon notifying Plexus customer service within 5 days of receipt of theirproduct purchase and upon receiving authorization. Product must be returned inre-sellable condition. A refund will only be made after the product has beenreturned and verified to be in satisfactory condition. I have attached a copy of our Ambassador Cancelation Form.In order to cancel the Ambassadors account with us we will need to have thisform filled out with a written signature returned to us via one of the methodslisted on the form. This will remove all credit card information and inactivatethe account.If you should need anything further please let me know.

Canceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer account. The complainant’s preferred customer account has been closed. The monthly auto shipment has been canceled. The complainant was able to contact out customer service department by phone today. appears they were able to speak with our customer service today, as the account has been closed. The monthly auto shipment has been canceled. And a refund for order #[redacted] has been submitted in the amount of$107.34, which is the total amount of product minus the shipping charge, per our return policy.

The complainant’s Ambassador Account [redacted] has been closed.
The complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 3/18/2016 to inform of their intent to return their order 82247064.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 3/18/2016 will be refunded, $160.04.
Please allow 5-7 business days for this refund to be processed back to the original payment method and these funds reflect back into the complainant’s bank account.
It is not necessary to return the order at this time.
Plexus Worldwide Ambassadors are paid after the first 100 PV and an auto shipment must be current until the end of the month.
The complaint’s Ambassador Account created 219.95 PV in the month of March 2016. 219.95 – 100 = 119.95 x 15% = $17.99. However please see the attached image “AS Canceled 3-30-2016.” The complainant canceled their auto shipment before the end of the month and commissions had finalized. Therefore no commissions for the month of March were calculated.

I quit using Plexus products because they had caused heart palpitaions with most of the people who signed on with me. I hadnt ordered for months and then they charge me for renewal. So I contacted them within the 5 day grace period and they promised a refund. 4 months later, and no refund. They claim they voided the charge even before it hit my account when I didnt even contact them until I saw it hit my account. They apologized for the inconveniece of keeping my money, so that is something. My bank will be hearing of all this tomorrow with all my emails as proof.
