Thank you for the opportunity to submit a second response to this complaint.
The complainant’s order [redacted] refund was processed by Plexus Worldwide in the amount of $147.57 back to the original payment method, a card ending in 6038 on 4/15/2016. However it takes the complainant’s banking institution anywhere from 3-7 business days from that day, 4/15/2016 to complete the transfer and the funds to reflect bank into the complainant’s bank account. Please see the attached.
The complainant also provided the correspondence between themselves and their sponsoring ambassador to be reviewed and any necessary action taken.

complaint. Thank you for your patience. Plexus Worldwide has recently under gone a computer systems update. Unfortunately this has caused some delays.
The preferred customer account 785973, [redacted] has been closed. The provide email ticket number, [redacted] lead us to the requested refund is for order number [redacted].
The complainant’s Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]’s order [redacted] dated 11/21/2016 was charged $147.61 on 11/21/2016. The [redacted]’s then filed a charge back with their banking institution that reversed the charge on 3/17/2016. Please see the attached detail of the $147.61 to the [redacted] card ending in [redacted].
Plexus Worldwide no longer folds these funds to refund. Please contact your banking institution and provide any documentation proving otherwise.

I tried this product. Was not warned by the person who got me to buy it that it would make me "poop" my pants constantly. Even my bed. Cough and you poop, sometimes even getting up from a chair would make me poop. It helped me to lose no weight at all. Made my heart race.
They sent out 2 shipments to me at first for which I never got a refund for the second one that I never asked for.
I will try to get a refund for the original shipment but doubt I will get it as I am being told they just got new websites and shipping last month and it's been off ever since. I don't see how that has anything to do with their customer service and billing area.
I would not suggest anyone to buy this product..................

order [redacted] dated 10/10/2015 was refunded, $120.75 on 11/23/2015. An
additional $4.05 has been refunded today.  Please allow 5-7 business days from the date
that the refunds were processed for funds to reflect into the complainant’s
bank account. Please keep the Thanksgiving holiday in mind and that banking
institutions were not open for business from 11/26/2015 to 11/29/2015. We apologize for the delay in our response. Please let me know if you need anything further.

Plexus Worldwide Preferred Customers are now able to visit plexus.myvoffice.com to register their preferred customer accounts and log in to manage their own auto shipments. Canceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer account.
The complainant’s preferred customer account has been closed. The requested orders will be refunded minus the original shipping charges per our preferred customer refund policy. However it is not necessary to return the orders or original packaging at this time. We apologize for the delay.
The complainant’s order[redacted] dated 2/4/2016 will be refunded, $99.85.

The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 2/26/2016 was shipped 2/29/2016 with the USPS tracking number [redacted]. However this order was marked as “Undeliverable as Addressed” on 3/2/2016 by USPS and returned to the sender.
This order was reshipped to the complainant with order [redacted]. Order [redacted] was assigned the tracking number USPS [redacted]. However this tracking does not show any shipping movements. This order will be reshipped with the same tracking number.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 2/26/2016 will be refunded, $103.90.
Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank.

became an Ambassador (distributor) withPlexus Worldwide on 7/5/2016. At this time of sign-up through our website, thecomplainant agreed to the Ambassador Policies and Procedures that allAmbassador Accounts agree to upon creation of an Ambassador account. It is our responsibility to adhere to these Policies andProcedures, therefore I am unable to grant the complainants request to refundthe order outside of policy. I have copied the section of the Policies andProcedures pertaining to the Ambassador Return policy below for reference. Section 6.L.3 – Returns, Refunds and Exchanges 3. Ambassadors: Ambassadors may return product for a fullrefund upon notifying Plexus customer service within 5 days of receipt of theirproduct purchase and upon receiving authorization. Product must be returned inre-sellable condition. A refund will only be made after the product has beenreturned and verified to be in satisfactory condition.With every order placed Plexus Worldwide sends out an orderconfirmation email. This email states the four different refund policies. Whenevery order ships the consumer is sent another email informing them of the fourdifferent refund policies. If an Ambassador was confused of the ambassador refundpolicy when the order was placed or when the order was shipped these emailsinform in sufficient time for the Ambassador to notify Plexus Worldwidecustomer service of their intent to return. I have included the email auditreport and an image of each email sent to the complainant. The complainant wassent nine emails, seven of which include the Refund Policies.After reviewing the complainant’s ambassador account I seethat the account remains active. Thank you providing additional substation for this complaint.  We have spoken with our Finance department and identified an opportunity to credit $34.95 back to the complainants’ original payment method.
A refund of $34.95 was processed on 1/19/2017 (transaction #[redacted].)

The complainant’s ambassador account’s monthly auto shipment has been canceled.
Ambassador Return Policy
Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of their product purchase and upon receiving authorization. Product must be returned in resalable condition. A refund for the purchase price will only be made after the product has been returned and verified to be in satisfactory condition. - See more at: [redacted]
The complainant was in contact with our customer service department within 5 days of their order [redacted] for return authorization. The order has yet to be returned in resalable condition however its USPS tracking number [redacted] reflects it was refused on 4-12-2016 and is being returned to the sender.
The complainant was in contact with our customer service department and the complainant’s order [redacted] dated 3/26/2016 was refunded, $153.35 today, 4-19-2016 back to the original payment method a card ending in [redacted].
Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank.

If the complainant wishes to be refunded for any further orders please provide substantiation that the account was requested to be closed before 11/28/2015. Retail Customer Return Policy If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from Plexus, you have up to 60 days from receipt of the product to contact Customer Service for a return authorization. You will need to return any unused product along with its original packaging to Plexus prior to a refund being issued for your product purchase, less shipping & handling. If you have purchased directly from a Plexus Ambassador, please contact that individual for a direct refund. I ordered a one time shipment and paid the higher one time shipment price for my order. I got my order and all was good. Then I got a shipment of more product from being put on an auto-ship program that I did not agree to. I had to refuse the package and call Plexus to cancel the order. They are deceptive. I also filed a complaint with the [redacted].

To whom it may concern;
We have done a search of the main Plexus emailing system, which included a search of the complainants’ name, email address, and account ID number, as well as a search of the complainants’ sponsors email address, [redacted], and found no written request to cancel.
Additionally we have reviewed the sponsors account and searched our phone records for any incoming calls from the sponsor’s phone number. No calls after September 1, 2016 were received. (Please see attached image “phone records”)
Without further documentation showing that the sponsor made a cancellation request for the Customer we will not be able to issue any additional refund requests.
If the complainant can provide any substantiation that Plexus Worldwide was contacted prior to November, we would be happy to reevaluate their request.
I have provided a screenshots for the complainant, verifying their Plexus account has been terminated and no additional orders will be processed or shipped.  I’ve also included screenshots of the completed return authorization requests submitted for their November and December auto shipments.
