To whom it may concern; Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintThank you for your patiencePlexus Worldwide has recently changed all computer systems over to new computer systems and this has caused some delaysThe complainant’s account has been closedThe monthly auto shipment has been canceledPlexus Worldwide Preferred Customers are now able to visit plexus.myvoffice.com to register their preferred customer accounts and log in to manage their own auto shipmentsCanceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer accountWe are sorry the complainant was not able to access this online featureHowever, the complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 12/9/to request that future monthly auto shipments be canceledBoth orders processed after this date have been refunded in fullThe complainant’s order [redacted] dated 12/12/has been refunded $The complainant’s order [redacted] *ated 1/12/has been refunded $Please allow 5-business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank accountIt is not necessary to return the orders at this timeWe apologize for the delayPlease let me know if you need anything further

Also note they are stating the 1st time they were contacted was 11-20-15, in which is incorrect I have email's dated 10-27-at 6:06pm, 11-12-2:06pm, 11-13-11:03pm, 11-19-12:15pm which I will be glad to share with the Revdex.com if needed Regards, [redacted]

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I accept the response from the company and if they are refunding my money, I am satisfied My biggest issue is in the multiple phone conversations and emails and faxes, not once was it mentioned that they would not accept my termination due to the address not matching I moved in the last year, so obviously, my address changed In every correspondence, they had my total ID along with my ambassador ID to confirm my identity The address issue I feel is just an excuse They have made termination easier by giving you the option to terminate it online I already have done so (again) Anyway, I hope that this situation is over Thank you very much for mediating this for me I doubt it would have ever been resolved otherwise I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

With the recent shipping issues, I had a package delayed and somehow ended up getting two of the same orderCalled in to correct it and they said, "Just keep it for the trouble." AWESOME! How cool is that?!! I have received many shipments from Plexus Worldwide and have only had an issue with this one! Love this companyThey will treat you right!

Seriously? I had to do a Revdex.com complaint to get a response? You are seriously saying that a computer system change caused a FIVE MONTH delay in responding to me...each and every time? You were right on responding the same day when I did a Revdex.com complaint but still have yet to respond to one single email? I sent multiple emails, the first of which was on Nov 10, not Nov as you stated, ticket [redacted] ...to try and get my password reset bc the system wasn't working properly...never got a responseI sent one on 11/24, ticket number: [redacted] ; I sent one on 11/30, ticket number: [redacted] ; and yet another on 1/24, ticket number: [redacted] What about all of these times? From 11/to 1/24, nearly three months, your system was not working to respond to emails at the only cs email you provide? THAT IS COMPLETELY NOT THE TRUTHAnd I hope anyone with any sense reading this will know thatI have attached all of these as proof plus a screenshot of my over an hour hold for customer service...for which I still did not ever talk to a representative(I make $27/hr - are you going to pay me back for that huge waste time - not to mention all of the other avenues I've had to take just to get a response from you finally?)It's not as easy as you lay out to log in to the account if the system sends a BLANK TEMPORARY PW when you hit the "RESET PASSWORD" option...which was my first email to begin with!!! I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR ANSWERYou attempt to somehow minimize your company's monumental ball dropping, blame shift, and take absolutely no responsibility for your complete disregard for my multiple attempts to contact your customer serviceYou owe me the money you have offered, that is not a resolution - it's mine to begin withYou offered no other retribution to make this situation right with me or even an honest, sincere apology...bc again, you didn't actually accept any responsibility

I never received a $commission check and I only ordered 2xs not - three of those orders were backorders and refused which includes the August order

I initiated the cancelation request in the beginning of May and it took until August to get a refundYou need to empower your employees to refund more quicklyPlease also stop saying that Federal Law prohibits you to refund in a manner different from initial paymentthere is no Federal Law for that but if there is please let me know where in the USCA it is, I'd be interested to learn a new Federal Code!
