I tried this productWas not warned by the person who got me to buy it that it would make me "poop" my pants constantlyEven my bedCough and you poop, sometimes even getting up from a chair would make me poopIt helped me to lose no weight at allMade my heart race They sent out shipments to me at first for which I never got a refund for the second one that I never asked for I will try to get a refund for the original shipment but doubt I will get it as I am being told they just got new websites and shipping last month and it's been off ever sinceI don't see how that has anything to do with their customer service and billing area I would not suggest anyone to buy this product
I appreciate that a representative of the company responded quickly and cancelled Terry's orders and future shipments and is ordering a refund for the shipment he did not want The last request for action was to make corrections to his credit rating being affected by this situation As you can see, it was not his fault! Terry is a believing Christian I was led to believe that the management team members of Plexus were Christians also so hope they are being honest with me

To Whom it may concern; Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this compliantAfter a review of the information provided we've confirmed that the complainant’s payment information was placed on separate Plexus accountsThe complainants payment information was found on [redacted] # [redacted] , [redacted] # [redacted] and [redacted] # [redacted] Further review confirmed that the monthly autoshipment for [redacted] was cancelled on 4/28/and for [redacted] o 4/27/Once these orders were cancelled no additional charges occurred on these accountsUnfortunately, account holder [redacted] did not cancel her monthly autoshipment, resulting in a charge of $taking place on May 3, Using the information provided we’ve determine that the compliant placed her personal payment information on multiple accounts, resulting in the additional chargesPlease Worldwide strictly prohibits ambassadors from using placing orders or purchasing products on another individuals account.(Policy and Procedures section 5.F) This policy is in place to prevent manipulation of our compensation plan and prevent repeated charges such as thisAlthough the May 3rd order for [redacted] was fulfilled and shipped, as a sign of good faith Plexus has refunded this order in fullThe refunded amount of $was issued on 5/17/Please allow 3-business days for these funds to reflect to the original payment methodWe have terminated [redacted] ’s account as all orders associated with this account were paid for by the complainantAdditionally, all accounts have be closed and no additional charges will occurPlease let me know if you have any additional questions
