To whom it may concern;Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.I have reviewed the complainant’s account with our company.I have found that our Customer Service Representatives correctly assisted thecomplainant in accordance with our policiesThe complainant became an Ambassador (distributor) withPlexus Worldwide on 7/21/At this time of sithrough our website, thecomplainant agreed to the Ambassador Policies and Procedures that allAmbassador Accounts agree to upon creation of an Ambassador accountIt is our responsibility to adhere to these Policies andProcedures, therefore I am unable to grant the complainants request to refundthe order outside of policyI have copied the section of the Policies andProcedures pertaining to the Ambassador Return policy below for referenceSection 6.L– Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Ambassadors: Ambassadors may return product for a fullrefund upon notifying Plexus customer service within days of receipt of theirproduct purchase and upon receiving authorizationProduct must be returned inre-sellable conditionA refund will only be made after the product has beenreturned and verified to be in satisfactory condition.With every order placed Plexus Worldwide sends out an orderconfirmation emailThis email states the four different refund policiesWhenevery order ships the consumer is sent another email informing them of the fourdifferent refund policiesIf an Ambassador was confused of the ambassadorrefund policy when the order was placed or when the order was shipped these emailsinform in sufficient time for the Ambassador to notify Plexus Worldwidecustomer service of their intent to returnI have included the email auditreport and an image of each email sent to the complainantThe complainant wassent six emails, four of which included the Refund Policies.If you should need anything further please let us know

I just read a similar review to mine I had an order that was mis-shipped in November, about a month ago I had received another person's order so I did end up only reaching a real person on the phone time & she did get my correct items shipped to me but I told her I wanted to get a refund for of the items I did receive an e-mail that my refund has a case # & someone would contact me as soon as they could I have send an e-mail about it stating I was getting frustrated about my refund as it is nearly $of product that I never received in the first place I have sent e-mails about at least 2-different things as well & NEVER get a real response back, just an automated one that states someone from customer service will get back to me but they NEVER do I call all the time & never get through because they are always "experiencing high call volume." Like I said, I got through only time but did still have to hold for at least minutes I am actually currently on hold determined to speak with someone I have been on hold for minutes!!!!! I may have to give up...this is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!! I just want to get the status of my refund on product I never even received in the first place You'd think they would make that somewhat of a priority especially since I've sent an e-mail stating my frustrations I've been waiting for over a week for someone to contact me about it I would really like my $back sometime soon In my opinion they are very much lacking in their customer service skills or just do not want to answer phone call/e-mails

Hello, Thank you for overnighting the packageThe 15% credit really isn't anything to me I placed a order on April 6th and paid $for shippingYou giving me a $credit doesn't seem like much also I was planning on being a repeat customer this has me worried that I will run into this situation againI will also need to push back my auto ship moving forwardI hope this situation doesn't occur again and I think you guys should re evaluate how to help your customers

This is the THE most worthless company on the face of the earth So they claim to have refunded my money? They claim to have shipped it? And they have never contacted ME? I don't trust this worthless company any more than I would trust someone who tells me they're shipping me the Brooklyn BridgeIf a company is 100% unresponsive, 100% unprofessional and 100% unapologetic - I SHOULD BELIEVE THIS abrupt, unprofessional email? They already told me it would be shipped 3-days (from my order) from the order date of 10/29/ It's 12/12/I have tried to contact this worthless company SO MANY TIMES - their call center says to email and HANGS UP ON YOU Any emails I've sent have NEVER BEEN RESPONDED TO I don't believe them The order has been shipped? It is NOT on my door step They have NOT refunded the moneyA horrible, horrible unprofessional dreadful company

This company has stolen my credit card number as I have received fraudulent charges two months in a row which I am currently disputing I have never ordered any products from this phony healthcare supply company A quick search on Google reveals that this company is fraudently charging numerous consumers Read the Google reviews and it's obvious that this is a scam This company needs to be investigated by the police and FBI Shut it down and arrest these criminals

To whom it may concern;Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Thank you for your patiencePlexus Worldwide has recently changed all computer systems over to new computer systems and this has caused some delays.Unfortunately I am not able to locate any substantiation dated further than 2/22/of the complainant requesting assistance with the auto shipment they edited onlinePlease see the attached emailsNormally the Ambassador would be advised to refuse the unwanted orderOnce the order was received back in new condition the order would be refunded minus the original shipping charges This is because the complainant’s order is covered by the ambassador’s return policy; Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus Customer Service within days of receipt of their product purchase and upon receiving authorizationProduct must be returned in resalable conditionA refund for the purchase price will only be made after the product has been returned and verified to be in satisfactory conditionHowever in the interest of resolving this complaint the complainant’s ambassador account has been closedThe monthly auto shipment has been canceledThe complainant’s order [redacted] dated 2/22/has been refunded, $119.28.Please allow 5-business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank.It is not necessary to return this order at this timePlease let me know if you need anything further
