To whom it may concern; Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the compliantAfter a review of the complainant account we were able to confirm that the complainant joined Plexus Worldwide as an Independent Ambassador on 10/28/During the sign up process the complainant agreed to the Plexus Worldwide terms, conditions, policies and procedures, or what is collectively referred to a contractPer this contract the complainant must complete a cancellation form or submit in writing their desire to terminate their ambassadorshipIf a cancellation request is submitted within days of joining Plexus Worldwide a full refund will be issuedReviewing our records indicate that no cancellations forms were submitted until 11/10/2016, three days after this complaint was submitted As the complainant was able to complete a cancellation form within days of joining Plexus Worldwide we will be refunding the annual membership fee of $34.95, as well as the shipping fees of $Please allow 3-business days for the funds to reflect back to the complainants’ accountsIf you have any additional questions please let me know

To Whom It May Concern,Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintI have reviewed the complainants account with us and found it still active.Upon further investigation I was made aware that our Support Services Department was unable to locate a completed cancellation formfrom the complainantAn email requesting the fax number the form was submitted from to better assist in locating the form was sent with no response.We have gone ahead and made an exception and cancelled the complaints account with us without the completed form.We currently do not have a refund guarantee for our annual fees however, by exception, the annual fee has also been refunded as well.I hope this meets the complainants satisfactionShould you need anything further please let me know.Thank you
I started/signed up for plexus on 9/I tried their products and it made me sick So I called to cancel being ambassador and from getting any other orders sent to meThen on 10/they charged my card again for a order I didn't want and I didn't place with themI have tried to call them that day and thevening phone number for them kept hung up on me because they wasn't able to take my call at that timeI have emailed them at the email that they said to email to get a refundIt sent me a automatic message and said that it signed me up for a ticketI haven't heard back from them yetI am so tired of this business

While I am satisfied with the rapid response after filing the Revdex.com complaint; waiting an additional 5-business days (~days) to refund my money seems excessive, particularly since it required a Revdex.com complaint to resolve The company has had my money in their account for days If they treat people as they have me with the same amount in dispute, that's in excess of thousand the company is earning interest on while customers wait I will be satisfied when my refund is deposited into my account It took no time for the accounts to be debited, it is only fair they be refunded promptly[redacted] ***

Monday, January 11, Statement to Revdex.com Arizona I became sick the first time September after starting to take Plexus SlimI had to be on medicines to get well including antibioticsAfter I felt better I started taking it againI became sick the second time after taking the product for a week in OctoberSame symptoms as beforeIt was not until I became sick the third time in November and was not getting better by the end of December (yes weeks) that I started to look at what I was doing each time I got sickEach time I was taking Plexus SlimWhen I realized this and had many unopened packages and unopened samples of the product, I could no longer take it myself and in good conscience could no longer sell itSince my lungs were still not back to since November I am back on antibiotics for the second round as well as Tussin and singular If this doesn’t work there will be steroids and chest x-rays coming nextYou cannot contract around personal injurySo no matter what they put in their agreements, it does not apply when a product makes a person illThe saddest part is that any decent company would take the product backThe fact that this company won’t do it must mean that they get so many return requests that it would probably put them out of businessCurrently they owe me - after the one refundAttached is a list of charges that I expect to get refunds onIf I don't get a refund I will look to sue themI am an attorney and I could probably get a class action together based on the websites that post about this product Unfortunately I believed a representation on the product I saw and was fooled by her resultsNow that I see her results are - as the pictures she posted do not look like her in person at all - I know I was bamboozledThis company needs to reimburse me and take this poison off my hands Sincerely, [redacted]
To whom it may concern; Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the compliant.After reviewing the information provided by the complainant we have determined that the individual’s orders were not processing correctly due to declines with their credit cardAttached is the image “Attempted Processes” which shows dozens of credit card attempts, many on the same days and all for different dollar amountsThis type of activity can often be flagged by the banking institutions as suspicious, resulting in cards being blocked and purchases decliningAdditionally further review of the complainants’ account has brought to our attention a number of suspicious and noncompliant issuesPlexus has not been able to verify the social security number provided by the complainantFor tax reporting and identification purposes we require all ambassadors to provide a SSN or other personal identification numberPlease see attached We have also confirmed that the complainant has updated their account information and shipping information over a dozen times since the creation of this account on 12/11/Because we have not been able to verify any of the information on the complainants’ account, and there have been numerous suspicious orders while have failed at the processing level we have decided to place the complainants’ account on a holdShould the complainant wish to speak with the Plexus Compliance department about their account we can be reached at ###-###-#### Monday-Friday 8am-5pmPlease keep in mind that we will not be in the office Monday 1/2/Please let me know if we can assist you with anything else
