At this time, I do not want the case closed until I get communication about the capsules and why they were defective I have included a picture of one pill that I sent back in the bottle I returnedAdditionally, Plexus canceled my auto-replenishment account without my consent When I asked why this happened I was told that any time a consumer complains their account is cancelled, the email response stated."This is done for documentation purposes and to prevent repeated complaints from unsatisfied consumers" So essentially, my getting defective products and additionally poor customer service when I called for help, which lead to my Revdex.com complaint, means I am penalizedThe customer is treated like they did something wrong for reporting defective products I request that they reactivate my auto-replenish account

Plexus products have changed my life, for the better! I am no longer dependent on caffeine and energy drinksI don't crave chocolate like I didIt doesn't take me a half hour to go to the bathroom anymoreI just feel great! I've no doubt that Plexus is behind it as it's the only thing that's changedPlus, they've made upgrades to their computer systems and processes and have resolved most if not all of the issues that people (including myself) had experienced in the past

I am wanting my money refunded which they have not done since the order is being canceledI want to know when the funds will be refunded since the order was canceled

Bad customer serviceTried several times over the last months to reach them by phone; recording says "high call volume, can't take your call, call back later, email us..." then hangs up on youI emailed them over a month ago to cancel my monthly autoship order and they still tried to send it againGood thing my credit card expired so they can't charge me anymore!
I have been trying to reach a plexus representative for three days nowI have sent numerous e mails and called dozens of timesOn one such occasion I was on hold for almost two hours when my phone diedMy password was changed on the Plexus website and I am unable to login to my account even after I reset the passwordI spend almost $a month on these products and have for almost a year and this is the customer service I get? This is unacceptable for any businessI will no longer use or promote Plexus products
