Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintUpon careful review of the customers account and listening to all phone calls, I was able to determine that the refund request was submitted on the 14th of November as initially statedThe refunds department was a little behind in their processing and so it took days instead of the 3-days given as the time frameI do apologize for this delay and any inconveniences it may have caused however, the refund has been processed as of 11/20/2014.If I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to let me know.Thank you,Plexus Worldwide, Inc

To whom it may concern; Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintAfter a review of the complainant’s information we were able to determine that the complainant had agreed to the Ambassador Refund policy when they created their Plexus Ambassadorship on 2/4/ Plexus Worldwide’s return policies can also be viewed at [redacted] Also please see the attached Per the Plexus refund policy: Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus Customer Service within days of receipt of their product purchase and upon receiving authorizationProduct must be returned in resalable conditionA refund for the purchase price will only be made after the product has been returned and verified to be in satisfactory condition The complainant had placed an order for the Plexus Accelerator+ on 6/16/(Please see attachment.) Unfortunately they did not contact Plexus until 8/11/ Since this refund request was outside of the allotted timeframe provided by Plexus Worldwide the complainant's request was denied Plexus Worldwide takes all product concerns very seriouslyThe Plexus Quality team was established to document and evaluate all health concerns associated with our products If the complainant can provide sufficient documentation to substantiation their medical claims Plexus would be happy to reevaluate the refund decision Until the complainant provides documentation to substantiate their health claims Plexus Worldwide has decided that it is in the best interest of all parties to end our contractual agreement with the complainant Please let me know if you need anything further

I need to give a somewhat important review to all my friends and family on a product I just tried I'm not here to offend anyone, I just want to tell you what my body felt and my real opinion and review of the product So a few weeks ago I thought ok hey let me try this plexus thing, we ate pretty bad from the move and trying to save money and time so eating the non-organic, icky processed foods was what we didA few friends on my Facebook swear by it so I thought I'd try it out First of all the website was crazy messed upI had originally planned to get the tri pack I think is what calledit wouldn't let me, the only thing I could put in my cart was the bio cleanseSo I thought, ok I'll just get this and go for it and add more later if this does its jobI orderedAfter the order went through I got an email with order conf number and that was itI couldn't see my account, all the website did was let me see what else I could buySo a few days pass and I kind of forgot about it, then the ambassador that I ordered from asked how it was goingI said I it wasn't lol because I didn't get the productShe said it was dropped in my mailbox on wed, I think it was Friday when she wrote meI was confused how did/could she see and not me? I looked on the website and still couldn't see what she could seeSo I said ok I'll call my post officeNever got a real answer from themGo figure, so I called plexusI was irritated because I couldn't see what she could see and I HATE calling customer service for anything! So I called to get my product situation figured outWell, the CS rep informed me it was dropped off and that since I was an ambassador they would love to help meWait? What? I did NOT sign up to be an ambassador! I hate selling things and did not want to be a part of thatSo, I said please don't send me another product, take me off the ambassador list or whatever it's called and please make it so I was not going to be charged for within the next days, and refund my moneyShe was polite, helped me and sent my money back Well days after all this, I got it in the mailI called and they said to go ahead and try it and it was on themI was pleased with the customer service and accepted the offer So let me tell you the most important thing for me nowThis product was awful!!! I was in so much pain, not just my stomach, everywhere!! My stomach was bloated, I hurt everywhere, and it was not "cleaning" me outI was more tired than after having Titus and keeping up with the other three kids the first few weeksIt was awful, I was exhausted (this was the worst part for me, being extremely fatigued) pained, and started getting numbness in my limbsI got scared and didn't even think the correlation was with this miracle product I was told aboutI wasn't warned, in fact I was told it would make me regular and help with energy! I didn't want it for weight loss at all, just to help clean out my "toxins" and give me more energy/keep me regularSo anyways, I took them religiously for days, it was ok the first day then the second day I was a little uncomfortable then the 3rd day was when it hit me hard! It was the worst feeling in the world then I realized maybe it's the supplement?!?! I took it one more day felt worse and then the last day (day 5) I said enough is enough, I'm not taking it the next daySure enough, I felt a little better, well days after stopping (today) was the first day I felt back to my old self againIt was scary I thought I was really bad deficient in a vitamin or was getting really sickIt was awful, awful, awful!!!! So how did I get signed up to be an ambassador? How did I not know about it in an email, or website in this day and age, I should've been able to see all thisHow on earth could something make you feel that bad? It was just all around a horrible experience the website, the productI'm sure it helps some people, maybe it's placebo, maybe it actually helpsBut for some like me, I'm super sensitive to things, it doesn't work, it didn't work, it's not a miracle product for everyoneIs there even a long term study for these products? Do we know if the organic materials they are using are what they are actually using in the products? I'm going to stick with what I know will always work and continue to workExercising and eating healthy balanced meals

Plexus has helped me so much! It has given me more energy, I am no longer on blood pressure medicationAnd I have PCOS, but thanks to Plexus not only do I not have to take medicine for that (which is awful) but it has helped me with infertility and we are now expecting! ??
