To whom it may concern; Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintThank you for your patiencePlexus Worldwide has recently changed all computer systems over to new computer systems and this has caused some delaysI have confirmed that the monthly auto shipment has been canceled at this time per the complainants noteWe have issued a refund in the amount of $per the complainants request, as we can confirm they were due the discountOur system switch over has caused some technical issues in applying this discount, and Plexus has been, and is, actively offering refunds for the 10% differenceWe advise that the auto shipment on the Complainants account remain off until the technical issue has been fixedWe also have offered a direct contact in which the complainant may use to seek a 10% refund in a more timely matter in the case that they choose to place an order prior to the technical issue be fixedThere will be no penalty to the complainant for cancelling their auto shipment.Please allow 5-business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank accountPlease let me know if you need anything further

I quit using Plexus products because they had caused heart palpitaions with most of the people who signed on with meI hadnt ordered for months and then they charge me for renewalSo I contacted them within the day grace period and they promised a refundmonths later, and no refundThey claim they voided the charge even before it hit my account when I didnt even contact them until I saw it hit my accountThey apologized for the inconveniece of keeping my money, so that is somethingMy bank will be hearing of all this tomorrow with all my emails as proof

The correspondence gives conflictual information In one paragraph it says "DO NOT RETURN" the product and in another it says "RETURN" Please let me know what is desired Otherwise, the refund and closing of my account is acceptable

Revdex.com:I reject this response.First of all I was not requesting a refund of $It was only $The $is only the total amount in disputeI did inform you on November 29, (Black Friday) via the telephoneAt this time I notified a supervisor, a female in the back office, and Andre in the back officeI also informed them that the Ambassador who signed me up, [redacted] Payne, never turned on my emailsAndre said that he would consult the IT department and contact me on December 2, which he never didI notified the company and simply wanted the Black Friday discount applied to the order that I placed on the previous Sunday November 24, minus my $auto qualification for commission which would be $I believe this was only 10%.Second, when I called in to inquire why I hadn't received a commission check I was told it was because it was less than $10, and once I had accumulated more than $a check would be sentThis man is whom I spoke to is the same man that sent me my ambassador termination formThe company obviously needs to get their story straightI NEVER activated a backup order! I would never do so considering the products that were orderedOnce I received an email that this order had been shipped I immediately turned off everything I could and deleted my credit card information since this charge was fraudulent and not authorizedWhen I had called in the past in order to return products I was told the products must be IN THE MAIL by days after the receiptNo mention was made of first calling the company for authorizationYour policies and procedures need to be made into suitable formats for the handicapped or you need agents who are willing to read this material, correctly and consistently.This sounds like a reasonable, fair, and well intentioned suit with the Americans with Disabilities ActI have tried to deal with the company, and now the Revdex.comObviously you do not seem to understand that I am blind and have no way to look over [redacted] or really anyone else's workI tried going over her head and no one would help meEven [redacted] contacted the company on my behalf and could not get a resolution, or even a responseAll of the information received from this complaint has been contradictory to the information I have been given over the phone.Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern; We would be happy to answer any questions the complainant may haveUnfortunately we are limited in amount of information we can provide in this response as we are restricted to characters per responseWith regards to policy violations, the complainant has placed orders on other individual’s accounts, which violates Plexus compensation manipulation policiesAdditionally the complainant may be in violation application & inaccurate information policies, as well as our online sales policies which states that ambassadors may not sell or facilitate the sale of products on unauthorized internet websites such as Amazon and eBayIf the complainant wishes to discuss this further they can contact the Compliance department at ###-###-####With regards to the complainants orders we have found remaining orders that were in some form of open or processing statusOrder # [redacted] has been shippedOrders # [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] have all been stopped and refunds will be issuedPlease be aware that refunds can take 5-business days to reflect back onto the original payment methodFor more details regarding these orders and all other successful orders please see attached Excel sheetPlease let me know if we can assist further

I signed up to be an ambassador, but now regret my decisionI would not feel good about recommending this company to anyone I knowI placed an order on 3/29/I received a package on 4/6/but it contained someone else's order and packing slipThe value of what was mistakenly shipped to me was significantly less than what I actually ordered and paid forIn addition to that, the amount of sales tax charged on my order was a lot higher than it should've beenAfter realizing that, I checked the tax on my previous order and it was also wrong I have sent several emails (with no response), and tried to call several times (with no answer)I am very frustrated with the complete disregard for customer service
