To whom it may concern; Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintThank you for your patiencePlexus Worldwide has recently under gone a computer systems updateUnfortunately this has caused some delays The complainant’s ambassador account’s monthly auto shipment has been canceled Ambassador Return Policy Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus Customer Service within days of receipt of their product purchase and upon receiving authorizationProduct must be returned in resalable conditionA refund for the purchase price will only be made after the product has been returned and verified to be in satisfactory condition- See more at: [redacted] The complainant was in contact with our customer service department within days of their order [redacted] for return authorizationThe order has yet to be returned in resalable condition however its USPS tracking number [redacted] reflects it was refused on 4-12-and is being returned to the sender The complainant was in contact with our customer service department and the complainant’s order [redacted] dated 3/26/was refunded, $today, 4-19-back to the original payment method a card ending in *** Please allow 5-business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank We apologize for the delay Please let me know if you need anything further

To whom it may concern; Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintWhile Plexus was experiencing extended call times due to a recent systems changes, One month ago we began a substantial project here at the Plexus Headquarters, to improve the experience that our Ambassadors and Customers have with usAmbassadors and customers can now view our average customer service wait times by visiting the website [redacted] (The average wait time on June 21, was minutes.) Furthermore, after a review of our email system I unfortunately was unable to find any emails sent from the complainants email addressTo help us continue to improve the experiences of our customers and ambassadors, should the complainant have a ticket ID number associated with their original emails and/or known the time for their call on 6/21/it would be greatly appreciatedWith regards to the complaint, we were able to determine the complainant’s order (# [redacted] ) is within the day money back guarantee time frameA full refund of $has been issued back to the complainantPlease allow 5-business days for these funds to reflect back to the bank accountThe complainant’s Preferred Customer account has been closed and all further orders have been stoppedPlease let me know if you need anything further

I ordered a product from the company to try out and I never received the productAfter waiting a month, I called the company looking for my missing product (which I waited approx for a representative )I was told they didnt know where it was and I had to send an email to find out where it wasI decided i'd rather have a refund instead of waiting for the productThe representative told me she put a request in for refund and I should hear back from themIts been days now and I havent heard anything back from them and no refund has been issuedSo I decided to call them againHere I am on the phone again waiting forever again minutes writing this as I waitI think they have the worst customer service and they are not very helpful in the matterIts been two months since I ordered the product originallyIts hard to sit and wait for so long on the phone and a big waste of time and hassle just so I can get my money backI would like to someone knowledgeable rather then sending all these emails

Plexus has an amazing line of products I was a skeptic at first then finally decided to give it a try after yet another failed attempt by my doctor to solve my stomach issues I've been using the products regularly now for about months and it's been a drastic changeMy stomach issues have stopped almost completely and I was finally able to give up sodas for good! I stopped having headaches nearly every day which was a bonus! I've read some of these reviews and to be honest they are unfair One lady is mad that her card was charged fraudulently.....well mine got used fraudulently at Walmart but I didn't post about it on the Revdex.com siteThat's thieves not PlexusThen others complain about bloating and stomach issues....that's die off symptomsLook it upCandida yeast and removal of the build up in your intestines is a "messy" processWhen it all starts breaking down it will cause some side effects for the very short termPeople immediately think it's obviously bogus and quit then bad mouth the products Do research peopleLook up gut healthLook up candida yeastLook up die off symptomsIt may be fun and games getting your body in that shape but it's not so fun getting it outIt's also not a magic pillPeople are posting that they didn't see results Well did you take it consistently? Did you drink water like you are told? Or did you keep doing exactly what you did to get in the shape you are in? People want a quick fix and get mad when it doesn't happenThis stuff does workIt has helped me and thousands of othersJust because you don't understand it or don't follow it doesn't make it badTo be noted, I started as a wholesale customer and now I am an Ambassador
