To whom it may concern; Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintThank you for your patiencePlexus Worldwide has recently under gone a computer systems updateUnfortunately this has caused some delaysWe apologize for these delayPlexus Worldwide Preferred Customers are now able to visit plexus.myvoffice.com to register their Preferred Customer accounts and log in to manage their own auto shipmentsCanceling and making adjustments to Preferred Customer monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the Preferred Customer’s accountThe Complainant’s Preferred Customers account has been closed and monthly auto shipment has been canceledThe complainant emailed our customer service department on 4/6/to request that their auto shipment be canceledAny orders processed after this date will be refunded in fullThe complainant’s order [redacted] dated today, 4/28/has been canceled and the charge VOIDEDThis $charge was preauthorized and will drop off before finalizingThis amount will not reflect as a refund or a charge on the complainant’s banking statementsPlease allow 3-business days for this transaction to be fully processed and the charge disappearIf the complainant wishes to be refunded in full for their March order can they please provide documentation of their request to cancel earlier than 3/27/2016? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I cannot tell you what time I called on June 21, as I called from my office phone, and I have no way of retrieving the call logIf they claim there was no wait time on June 21, then I must've gotten a bad number or somethingI don't knowHowever, I have attached a copy of the email as a screenshot from my computerYou can see all the windows I currently have open, as well as the date and time of today in the lower corner -- I don't want you to think I'm trying to photoshop anythingI do not have a ticket number because nobody ever responded to meIf the email address [redacted] ( [redacted] ) is incorrect, then that would explain why no one responded, but it is what I got directly from the websiteI appreciate this manner getting resolved rather quicklyI would like to ask that this complaint not be closed until I have confirmed that the money has been refunded to my accountI understand that this can take up to business days, so an acceptable closing date would be Tuesday, June 19, Regards, [redacted]

I am extremely disappointed in this company I ordered product over weeks ago and still haven't received it They "guarantee" day priority shipping (which you pay for) I tried to call them but the phone number provided continually goes straight into voicemail with no indication of what company you are calling What company doesn't address themselves when you call?? I also emailed them for answers and all that got me was an unanswered helpdesk ticket Their customer service is horrible When I tried to cancel my order, I got more of the same - - no answer from the company This review is no reflection on the ambassador that I ordered thru, they at least tried to help me

I really wish I would've read these complaints before placing an order with this companyI placed an order on 2/It's 3/14, and no tracking number, customer service not accepting calls, no reaponse to email, and definitely no packageThey were quick to charge me $140, but then it's like cricketsNo help from ambassador or this god awful businessThey should be shut down, this is borderline fraud!!!

I ordered from this company on what was to be a one time transactionOne month later my account was charged and I received more product that I did not want or orderI sent an email and, aside from a robo-response, never was contactedOne month later, I was charged againI have cancelled my card and disputed these chargesThey have confirmed my doubts about multi-level marketers

Unfortunately this has caused some delays. Plexus Worldwide Preferred Customers are now able to visit... [redacted] to register their preferred customer accounts and log in to manage their own auto shipments. Canceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at [redacted] by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer account. The complainant’s preferred customer account has been closed. The monthly auto shipment has been canceled. The complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 3/21/2016 to request that future monthly auto shipments be canceled. Any orders that processed after this date will be refunded in full. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 4/9/2016 will be refunded, $151.44. Please allow 5-7 business days for this to be processed and these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account. It is not necessary to return the order at this time. We apologize for the delay. Please let me know if you need anything further.
