To whom it may concern; Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintThank you for your patiencePlexus Worldwide has recently changed all computer systems over to new computer systems and this has caused some delaysI have confirmed that the monthly auto shipment has been canceled at this time per the complainants note We have issued a refund in the amount of $per the complainants request, as we can confirm they were due the discountOur system switch over has caused some technical issues in applying this discount, and Plexus has been, and is, actively offering refunds for the 10% differenceWe advise that the auto shipment on the Complainants account remain off until the technical issue has been fixedWe also have offered a direct contact in which the complainant may use to seek a 10% refund in a more timely matter in the case that they choose to place an order prior to the technical issue be fixedThere will be no penalty to the complainant for cancelling their auto shipmentPlease allow 5-business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank accountPlease let me know if you need anything further

The complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 12/6/2015 to request that future monthly auto shipments be canceled and return order 80797442. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 12/6/2015 has been refunded, $124.95. The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 1/6/2016 has been refunded, $129.00. Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account. It is not necessary to return the order at this time. We apologize for the delay. To whom it may concern; Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintAfter reviewing the information provided by the complainant we have confirmed that the complainant created a Plexus Worldwide Ambassadorship on 8/18/Prior to the creation of all Plexus Ambassadorships each individual is required to agree to the Plexus Worldwide terms, conditions, policies and procedures Per section 1.G of the contractual agreement: The Contract is valid for the period of one (1) year from the Date of Sign-upEach year after that, the Contract may be renewed by payment of Annual Membership Web-Hosting FeeThe Ambassador, on the annual anniversary of the Date of Sign-up, must pay this fee when the Ambassadorship is to be renewed The Ambassador expressly authorizes the Company to collect the annual renewal fee using payment method saved to their Ambassador account If a Plexus Ambassador wishes to terminate their ambassadorship they may do so by completing the Plexus Worldwide Ambassador Cancellation Form available in their back office, or by submitting in writing a cancellation request to [redacted] A review of our system confirms that no cancellation form or letter was submitted prior to their renewal date of 8/18/Although no form was submitted prior to the renewal date, as a sign of good faith, Plexus has terminated the complainant’s ambassadorship and refunded the Annual Membership FeeA refund request was submitted and processed on 8/19/in the amount of $Please allow 5-business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bankPlease let me know if you need anything further
Thank you for the opportunity to address this complaint. After reviewing the account in question it has been determined that the Ambassador is outside of the return policy. Upon becoming an Ambassador with us the complainant agreed to our Policies and Procedures, which includes the Ambassador return... policy. The return policy for our Ambassadors, as stated in the Policies and Procedures and copied below states:Section 6.L.3 Ambassadors: Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus customer service within 5 days of receipt oftheir product purchase and upon receiving authorization. Product must be returned in re-sellable condition. A refund will only be madeafter the product has been returned and verified to be in satisfactory condition.Unfortunately the complainant does not meet the requirements for a refund and as such I am not able to fulfill her request. I have however, attached a cancellation form for her convenience to complete and return to us.This will ensure no further charges are incurred and the account my be inactivated. Should you need any further information please do not hesitate to let me know.Thank you.
