It has been a week since I contacted the Revdex.com (Complaint #***) in regards to my Plexus Worldwide product order *** Plexus responded that they have refunded my credit card$for the purchase As of today, March 24th, I have NO credit issued to my credit card account for the refund I ask the Revdex.com to intervene and help me resolve this lack of followup Lynn J***

I cannot get a response regarding my order placed on 10/28/ I have emailed them times I have repeatedly called them and have benn placed on hold indefinately I have literally put the call on speakerphone at work and had to listen to their annoying recording for over hour until I finally had to hang up Terrible customer service This is unacceptable They charged my bank account on 10/29/ Why hasn't this shipped yet? Are they still in business? This "Amway Wannabe" company is horrible

Saw a friend share a lot of posts on social media about this weight loss product so wanted to tryWithin a week after signing up as a Ambassador I received and tried my products and came very close to running to the hospital most likely from one of the products called AcceleratorThat morning I drank a slim drink and took capsules the bottle does not say to take with foodMy hear-rate was over I started to get really scaredI called the company and they said they do not know why this would happen and said I should ask a pharmacist to ask what was in the product that would cause my heart to be that highIf anyone takes this product please be carefulI have read several reviews and did more research on the company and their products after this happened and I am not the only one this has happened to
The next day I canceled my membership asked for a refundIt took almost a month to receive an email that the membership was canceled and I still have not received the membership fee returned
What are the non-compliant issues? I was not aware I was doing anything wrong? With all of the calls I made to Plexus, why was I not told that my account was on hold? This would have saved everyone involved a whole lot of time and frustration What about the orders on hold that have been paid for? If you do not intend to ship them out, then I want to be refunded immediately The reason it shows several attempted processes is because I was trying to get my orders placed! The orders would not go through online yet they would go through when I called on the phone? I did try several times to process orders This all does not make sense at all and is very sketchy I did provide my SS # when I signed up to be an ambassador I have no idea why you were unable to process it but the info was provided
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, but disagree with the comments that they have made stating that they never received my fax copy of the cancellation. I had multiple representitives state over the phone that it was noted on my account that the form was faxed in and welll as a minimum of e-mails and not one of them mentioned that they had never received my fax. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Regards,*** ***
