Unfortunately we are not able to locate any email requests to cancel submitted by the complainant’s provided *** to ***Nor was this documentation provided by the complainant
However the USPS tracking number, *** on the complainant’s order *** does show it was returned to senderThe USPS tracking number, *** on the complainant’s order number *** reflects the packages as refusedBoth orders will be refunded per our preferred customer return policy minus the original shipping charges
The complainant’s order dated 2/28/will be refunded, $ The complainant’s order dated 3/28/will be refunded, $ Please allow 5-business days for this to be processed and these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account

Plexus Worldwide terms, conditions, policies and procedures, or what is collectively referred to a contractPer this contract the complainant must complete a cancellation form or submit in writing their desire to terminate their ambassadorshipIf a cancellation request is submitted within days of joining Plexus Worldwide a full refund will be issuedReviewing our records indicate that no cancellations forms were submitted until 11/10/2016, three days after this complaint was submitted As the complainant was able to complete a cancellation form within days of joining Plexus Worldwide we will be refunding the annual membership fee of $34.95, as well as the shipping fees of $Please allow 3-business days for the funds to reflect back to the complainants’ accountsIf you have any additional questions please let me know

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowi did not sign up as an embassotorThe person I was buying the product from sign me up as the embassotor to benefit herself to move up within the network She gained from signing me as an embassotor! I in no way shape or form had, have or will in the future have any interest in selling the product or becoming a part of any type of network salesI was not told anything to the fact that I was becoming a part if a network sales team until the instant I wanted to return the products! How convenient how this works so this company can keep one's moneyThis is really s sad way of making moneyAgain I am going to ask that I receive a refund for the products as stated in your return policy as a consumer!!!

Hello, This response does address the concerns I listed regarding PlexusMy request was that Plexus discontinue using claims that consuming their product solved mental health issuesThis was not addressed at allIn addition, it seems like this responses is a generic, canned responseIt was generic and non-specificI believe that the company is taking advantage of people who are experiencing mental health issues, and making claimsThis response is unacceptable
